Great product, goods comms, delivery time as promised, would use again

Fantastic company fantastic to deal with.
Not fitted the item yet but used one on other motorbike.
Kept me informed when part were on back order.

Drbikes were fast in their replies, and straight to the point. I ordered some parts from Australia and it came within a week. Would definitely recommend.

DR Bikes were awesome to deal with. Fast emails. Competitive pricing. Fmf exhaust was shipped from the UK to Australia in 4 days once order was processed. No problems at all and highly recommended.

Absolutely faultless. Spoke with Daniel to order an exhaust system from Arrow. Extremely helpful and quick responses, was very honest and accurate with delivery times. First class customer service. Also ordered coolant a few days after due to an issue and managed to get the coolant delivered very quickly!

Good price, fast delivery, and the Healtech gear indicator is a brilliant bit of kit - easy to install and works really well.

The guys that work here are awsome and really know there stuff. I phoned up regarding parts for my motorbike and after ordering the parts the parcel turned up quicker than It should have, plus it came with sweets. Will be purchasing more in the near future thank you.

I have never received it.
Royal Mail says it’s been delivered but there’s no proof and they can’t find anything. The seller would not engage with them, so I’ve lost £50.

Update: You still have not engaged. Could I please have that “geotag”. There’s no proof of delivery - no signature, no photo, no reply from you. Sadly, you had not really cared much, apart from the reply under this review, which shows very low corporate culture. Hence the review. I’m still £60 out of pocket.

Update: I have just received a letter from the Royal Mail with apologies that actually acknowledges that there was a failed delivery “according to evidence reviewed”. However, it’s the seller who needs to make a claim. There’s still no reply, no offer of refund nor redelivery, only a passive-aggressive comment that you will “leave it now”. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you’re responsible for making sure my order is delivered to me at my address and I didn’t agree to it being left anywhere, so the ball is in your court. I can’t make a claim with Royal Mail myself. What a bunch of time wasting, ignorant and oblivious to their obligations shady merchants.
