Everything went exactly to plan. Good communication, Efficient and Friendly installation. Good products exactly as sold to me at Abingdon. No regrets.
It is not sufficiently often that such things can be said with other companies.

Headed to local store in Abingdon and greeted by John. Helped us and provided the sleep match service . What a great tool to determine best mattress …. He showed us options as per the results . Didn’t order straight away needed time to think, didnt push for an answer …..but just ordered on line , can’t wait for new mattress in 10 days time …thanks John for all you help

I spent 1200 on a mattress thinking it would be more comfortable and it's the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on! It's so lumpy and my back aches every morning and now is in pain with muscle spasms and throbbing. I emailed Dreams 5 days ago but have only received an automated response.

Great timing with delivery and good honest service in store

The staff were incredibly helpful and so willing and eager to help us find the perfect mattress. They helped us analyse exactly what sort of mattress we needed and then took into account our budget when suggesting mattresses for us to try out. The add ons when buying a mattress were brilliant too, having the option for an 8 year warranty made spending a lot of money on a mattress feel a lot safer, and having the option for delivery was a life saver. Would recommend and shall definitely use again when the time eventually comes to get another mattress!
