Took my parents to dreams for a decent…

Took my parents to dreams for a decent bed as my dad had broke his back, got a tempur mattress as the salesperson told us it was the best and everyone in the store had one , got it delivered and first night on it my dad had an accident trying to get out of the bed and was stuck between the bed and the wardrobe my mum who is 78 was unable to help him and as I was away had to call his brother to help my mum get him safely up, told dreams about the problem and they said they would take it back and give us a different bed which was more suitable for my dad , however instead of getting a refund for the difference between the beds my pensioner parents were given £300 back onto their card and a further £650 in credit notes to spend in dreams !!! Money is yet to find its way back into my dad’s account ?

Liberty at the Aintree store

Liberty at the Aintree store was very friendly and knowledgeable, helping us choose our mattress without any hassle. There was a good range on display and the construction and qualities were explained.

Excellent service

We recently purchased a bed from your aintree store for my elderly mother. The sales guy was so helpful and was able to give good advice to what would suit my mums needs the most.
The delivery guys were exceptional 👌 they both wore overshoes and were in full uniform. They consulted with my mum about the location of the bed and asked her opinion once it had been built.
They took all of the packaging away and left the room clean and tidy

Great store, great staff, no hard sell and just the right amount of help

This store was great, staff very friendly but not intrusive. We visited twice before purchasing a new mattress. The first time we had a good look and tested out a few beds, Naomi from the store helped us with a few questions but left us to try out the beds for comfort. The dreams tester bed measuing system gave us a few ideas to try which we tested and settled on a couple of possible choices.
At the 2nd visit (after we'd moved house) we picked the one we wanted and ordered.
At no time was there any hard sell or being rushed. It felt like an easy purchase experience, which was great. The store is nice and calm, no loud music, essential if you're trying to test a bed for peace and comfort!
Naomi the store person was great, advising on delivery times, 100 day guarantee (which was good as we'd switched to a tempur mattress and were a litle unsure if we'd like it). Free pillows was a bonus but the best part was a little help here and there and being left to just try beds out.
We are really happy with the new mattress it is extremely comfortable.
Would highly recommend the store and particulaly Naomi who knows just how much help people need. and at no point gave us a hard sell.

Excellent service

In store staff at Aintree were all really helpful and gave a great service , customer service and delivery guys were so good . Amazing quality bed and service . I would highly recommend anyone to purchase from Dreams.
