Great service from a great team in Bexhill👍

Great customer service from 'browsing' to delivery. The staff at Dreams couldn't have been more helpful. I did not feel rushed or pressured in any way. They had good knowledge of their products. From ordering to delivery everything was extremely smooth. Not only did I receive delivery notifications on my mobile, I received a phone call on the day to confirm delivery & also when the delivery men were outside. The delivery was well within the time scale given & the men were well presented & friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Bexhill store - The sleep match was great and gave us some good options to know where to start. The staff were really knowledgeable and friendly. They offered us a drink and helped entertain our two boys while we were looking. The pillows we used whilst trying the beds were great and they recommended them to us so we ended up buying a pair for ourselves.

Easy and efficient. Staff were lovely and we found exactly what we wanted with their knowledge and calming approach

Perfect!! From the very first moment when we walked into our local store the customer service we received was beyond our expectations. Staff at the store made sure everything we wanted we got. Knowledge on the product were perfect.

Delivery driver was outstanding. So friendly and professional and made sure we were happy with our new bed before he left us. Couldn't be happier

The buying experience was very good, relaxed and no pressure, great team at Bexhill store. In fact the whole aspect of buying the bed and mattress, delivery and assembly would have been 5 stars. However, after less than two months the bed now creeks when getting in and out and the middle supports (woodbridge bed) do not appear to be providing full support, which after less than 2 months is disappointing. This may not be a dreams issue, but a bed design one but as it is all part of the package hence the lower rating.

Having just purchased a mattress from Dreams, I have found the team very helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them the delivery was on time, and everyone I have dealt with knows their stuff. Thanks.

Brilliant staff, not too pushy trying to upsale or anything. We felt very welcome although we had a small budget and we were explained the breakdown of the products and what we were buying. Thank you Nicky and Neil!

Linda provided me with a thorough review of the various characteristics of the different types of mattresses provided and I was shown those matching my requirements to try out. All in a a very efficient and friendly manner leading to a purchase. A great service.

Bexhill store staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, Nicky listened to our needs and was excellent helping us choose from the vast array of different beds , I didn't feel rushed or pressured and look forward to sleeping on my new bed .The store was constantly cleaned I felt very safe and all the covid safety measures were in place.
