bought new mattress
Came in to our local store at Braintree on the of chance as we were thinking of buying a new mattress, we was welcomed by a young lady who was so helpful, We tried there sleep machine which i was very impressed with, then tried severel mattress which the machine recommended, After about 1hr we decided one which we purched, so easy from start to finish

The service and help we received on the day in the shop was fantastic. The young lad who served us (Harry possibly) was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and just gave us time to view everything he showed us. He wasn't pushy or overbearing he was just there whenever we needed him with advice and a friendly smile. Was very impressed 👏 the matress arrived on time and the delivery team were polite and helpful getting it in. Overall very impressed with the service we have received 😀

Great customer service
The item was delivered exactly when it was promised and Justin the delivery guy was punctual, polite and extremely helpful, particularly as I couldn't be there. My daughter's even mentioned it and they never praise men.

After a shaky start with dreams it all turned out beautifully.
The men delivery my new bed were extremely helpful and made sure they wore protective shoes or no shoes. Were very friendly.
The young man helping me decide which mattress I wanted but unfortunately we both forgot about the actual bed. But it was all sorted.

Myu new bed is a dream...
Love my new bed. The team at Freeport (Braintree) Dreams was very helpful in guiding me about the different products but allowed me time to try the various options on display and come to my own decision. New beds are an expensive purchase so it's important to take ones time and be sure. Thank-you Freeport Dreams for your patience and guidance along the way.

The sales assistant at Braintree was very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions. Showed me the different type of mattress. A smooth experience. Item arrived on time. Delivery drivers again were friendly. Very happy with the item. Would use Dreams again.
