Excellent professional staff who are very friendly . I spent time choosing my mattress and was made to feel very welcome and in no way rushed at all . I love my new mattress and bed .

Friendly and helpful staff

Lee at the Braintree branch was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, guiding us through the various mattresses to suite us.

From the Store to our Home the service was excellent. We received help in store, the assistant was attentive and very informative. The delivery arrived on time, the gentleman took the sofa bed to the room and assembled it. Before they left they made sure that I knew how to set the bed up and fold it away. They were extremely well mannered and put shoe coverings over their outdoor shoes. They have my vote.

Great experience around and most important a very good sleep

The employees at Braintree are so helpful without being pushy. Reasonable prices. Good quality. The only downside is that we went back to purchase a second bed, and sadly, delivery is up to 3 months.

I been in Braintree store. Always i buy linen and mattress there. February 14 i boughs a Mattress Master guild 5400. Mattress topper. We received the delivery yesterday. Excellent service arrived on time. Me and my husband liked the topper, very soft and sleep better. Staff very friendly dedicate of necessary time until we satisface with the purchase. The only thing i didn't like, a purchase of 1.050 pound, i know you give a free pillow as i see on the reviews also today on the webb; i asked for one and made excuse avoid conversation as i really need a pillow. For this small thing, customers feel disappointed.

Really helpful staff

I had a great experience with the team in Braintree. The bed sold is amazing Tempur is so comfortable and I love going to sleep at night. I awake now feeling refreshed and ready for the day.
