From the moment we entered the showroom, we knew that we would be buying one of their beds. The Staff were superb, as were the beds, especially the adjust to your size, sleep position etc bed which showed the most suitable for us. The price was within our budget and delivery was on time and completed by well trained delivery and collection staff.
As for the bed, one month and 30 successful sleeps later, the best thing we did was to buy our bed from dreams. It is so good to be able to congratulate a company on all aspects of its product and service.

Just had a Dreams bed and mattress delivered to my 95 year old mum. Everything from order to delivery went perfectly! My mum is delighted! Thank you to Albert and colleague for the super helpful and quick service and to Kayleigh from the Braintree shop.

Overall a good experience, from the people in the shop to delivery and installation, we received the advertised phone call that they are on their way and will be with you in a certain time. The two lads were efficient and courteous, and moved other bedroom furniture back into place always a plus.

Unfortunately they promised a delivery date and then cancelled it without notifying me. As we have moved into a new house this left us without an adequate bed that we were desperately waiting for. Issue resolved by trying to call three times, all of which had a long wait time. Very frustrating!

Really pleased with our purchase.The staff were friendly and so helpful, they gave us choices and time to decide on the mattress that suited us best, without being pushy. Even the delivery team were polite and the mattress was delivered on the day we were told within the two hour time slot. We would highly recommend.

Staff at the store were amazing. The clever machine advises best bed and we bought a medium firm, moving from a medium. First night sleep was a little odd, now, best sleep I've had in years!

Kyle helped us today around the store and he was great. He knew what he was talking about and was very friendly. We would definitely make the trip back again to buy from this location and Kyle!
