Dreams - Burton on Trent レビュー 

I made the choice to order from Dreams using the Sainsbury’s Nectar app, when ordering through the app I can also gain/earn Nectar points ( I’m still waiting for my Nectar points) but when ordering my new mattress from Dreams, using the website to order from it was very informative lots of photographs to help you visualise what the item you need looks like, the website was straightforward to use and very easy to check out and pay.
After successfully paying I was emailed my payment receipt and given a delivery date with a two hour time slot, with further confirmation that I would receive a more detailed confirmation of delivery time nearer the date.

Shopping experience was good with a well laid out shop and helpful staff. Delivery was very good too with lots of communication and efficient delivery people. A bit disappointed with the quality of the base but the mattress is very comfortable.

Bed came right on time and the delivery guys where lovely couldn't do enough for me

The staff were very friendly, they explained everything Gave me time to try mattresses and choice one.

Incredibly helpful, no-pressure sales staff who was very experienced and helpful. The sleep match system helped us narrow down the wide selection. We weren’t pushed towards any model but allowed to narrow down our choice at our own pace. Once chosen, the purchase process was smooth. The communication process pre delivery was appropriate and informative, and the delivery prompt and efficient. Our first week on our new mattress has been marked by significant sleep improvements so far. Very happy at this point.

We wanted a new mattress for our narrowboat The first shop we visited was dreams.We didn't have to shop any further as Wiktoria at Burton on Trent was so helpful.We found a right mattress at a good price.The delivery experience was excellent as they were bang on time and went way over the call of duty helping us get it into the boat and the old one out.A refreshing change to get such good service from a company and would recommend Dreams highly.

Sales assistant showed us a range of mattresses to try out. They varied in cost to suit all budgets.
We decided to upgrade to Super king and also purchased a new bed frame.
Very happy with purchase and with the support and advice of our assistant.

This new bed an mattress is exactly what l hoped for, comfortable, supportive and a dream to sleep on. In store the Dreams manager was very fourthcoming and helpful. The delivery was on time and delivery men were brilliant.
