Dreams - Burton on Trent レビュー 

I went for a bed at burton on trent with my daughter.
The so called assistant sold me a king size mattress memory foam. But I was told there was I bed only available In the back. He said it was simular to one in shop. Wasn't told at the time it was ex display ?.
Came to paying but my daughter had to go so her boyfriend could collect most in a van. That's when I was sold bed insurance what I disagreed i wanted, but he told me he would give it to me for free. Along with mattress protector and pillows. Plus he said in front of my daughter's boyfriend that the free insurance covered the whole bed and I could change free of charge within 30 days.
I'm left feeling ripped of paying for insurance just for mattress, and being charged for unwanted pillows what i gave my daughter. Also ending up with a crappy expensive bed. £921.00 later.
So that's your reply what happened to £50 good jester you offered? .
I have got receipts showing different. BEWARE FUTURE CUSTOMERS THE INSURANCE IS COMPLETE WAST OF TIME.
I may be 56 with memory problems but expected better.

Everything I've bought from Dreams has been lovely, and the staff have always been friendly and very helpful (usually Burton on Trent branch). Very glad I found this shop!

Excellent service, professional guidance.

Bed and mattresses were delivered as promised. The delivery team called in advance of their arrival. Lovely guys. Very friendly and helpful. Took the items to the required rooms. The mattress I'm using is very comfortable. The 2nd mattress is for a guest bed so I haven't used that but expect it will be just as comfortable because it is the same, just a different size 😊
It would have been 5 stars but for the fact that they didn't take the wrapping away, and from the other reviews I've read with similar deliveries, they all had their wrapping taken away 😞

From beginning to end dealing with Dreams was a very pleasant experience. I felt welcome and comfortable in the showroom and both Paul and Wictoria were friendly and helpful.
I was kept informed of the delivery details and on the morning they arrived promptly and dealt with removing the old mattress and delivering the new one efficiently
I have no hesitation in recommending Dreams and have actually already done so!

Great seller,spent time with myself and my husband.

Very happy with sales no pushy sales the young lady was there and attentive when required big shout out to her just can’t remember her name to highlight her.

I didn't have a clue what bed to buy. Nicole came to welcome us and showed us a couple of suitable beds. She gave us space & time to look around & answered any questions. She was so helpful and knowledgeable with fantastic customer service. I have been singing her praises ever since. This is how all staff should be in any shop. A credit to Dreams for their training. I ended up with bed frame, mattress and bed side table. One very happy customer. Will not go anywhere else.

Everyone was very helpful at Dreams especially Wicktoria. My bed arrived quickly and the delivery driver was very pleasant.
Love my bed. I would recommend Dreams and would definitely shop there again.

Dreams in Burton Upon Trent have been fantastic Nicole and Paul the Manager was great helped us order a lovely base, headboard and mattress, the delivery date was a week later, the 2 guys who delivered it all was on time, friendly and had no problems putting it all where I wanted it, and when the bed was put together later it is lovely gained a lovely addition to the bedroom, keep up the good work Burton branch .......

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Speedy delivery. Delivery staff could not have been more courteous - absolutely fantastic. Mattress is really lovely. Great all round.
