I am happy with the bed I got and the staff in the shop we’re so helpful and polite even offered tea and coffee keep up the good work and thank you mr mrs Dodd

I went to the Dreams store in Clydebank - looking to buy a mattress for my son who has neck/back issues . The sales assistant , Nicola I think ? was amazingly helpful , unlike another well known store i'd visited. i ordered online after consulting my son and delivery was also exemplary ! Would definitely recommend !

Very professional.wearing of shoe covers to protect my carpets.Explaining the features of my bed ensuring health and safety rules at all times. I have a metal headboard which I used on my old dreams bed.
The guys told me I could not use it on my new bed they waited for me to ask them to take it away I should have asked them to do it then.I was so blown away by the bed I didnot.Can you help me with this .How much would it cost to collect this .my tel number is 01436679411

I visited the Dreams store in Clydebank and was greeted by Kim who was very helpful and able to find the perfect mattress I could take home that day, and even packed it and carried it to the car for me. The other staff were also friendly and helpful and I would recommend anyone to get their mattress from this store.

They listened to what I said and acted accordingly

Kim in the shop gave us great advice. Dreams delivered on the day and time chosen. The two delivery gentlemen were professional. They removed our old mattress and expertly placed our new mattress on the bed. Our bed is very comfortable. 😀

I Bought a bed frame which seemed ideal for someone with back problems and getting older it was electric ottoman and was called the Duxford , it was delivered and fitted up
In the middle of my room as I hadn’t finished decorating , that night I discovered it couldn’t be moved was far too heavy and 2 of us couldn’t move it , I went into store the next day and explained I was unhappy with the fact it can’t be moved the salesperson confirmed it was really hard and had to be broken down to be moved at all , so why was that not explained would anybody not want to move a bed at some point for decorating , I ordered another divan and was told because I had used interest free credit that had to be canceled and it would take a few days , A week later I hadn’t heard anything and called the store in Clydebank to be told you can’t return bed frames it’s against policy in store and you had to call head office , eventually I got a return call , telling me they would replace the bed it couldn’t be refunded despite it never been used and from finance they would only refund £300 of finance the rest would be paid in vouchers to be used in store , I asked if I could just return the whole order and cancel the finance and was told that was not possible . I feel let down by dreams and therefore would not recommended anybody buying a framed bed from them as I don’t understand why you wouldn’t tell customers these beds are impossible to be moved

Couldn’t fault Jordan in store was brilliant and the two guys who delivered and set up my new bed were also brilliant! from buying to delivery can’t fault them and my new bed is so comfy

Loving how comfortable the bed is and so glad we paid to have it assembled for us. The lift-up design is so much more efficient than drawers and provides great storage space. Excellent service and aftercare instructions
