Excellent service from start to finish. Polite staff in shop and polite friendly efficient delivery and set up of bed

Extremely happy with the service received from Ipswich branch, staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the products. There was a wide range of bedframes and mattresses available.

I was very happy with the service I received from Dreams. The mattress was excellent value for money, I was informed of my delivery date and was kept up to speed with how the delivery was doing. I was given a two-hour time slot the day before delivery and the driver even called me on the morning of the delivery. Very happy with service and very happy with mattress. Would definitely recommend Dreams.

Nice firm mattress at a good price. Delivery was straightforward and reassuring to have the 100 night comfort guarantee. Most importantly, we were able to try it out beforehand at the Ipswich showroom.

Needed a quick visit to buy pillows at the Euro Retail Park, Ipswich branch. The wonderful assistant Ellessia, knew exactly what we wanted, located them immediately and dealt with us very quickly. She was cheerful, helpful and friendly. Perfect, thank you.

i bought a bed for my child here (9 years old)

spent best part of £500 quid for a bed which was sold to me as with some pillows … i was told they would be delivered and they were never delivered then i rang up and they said they would come in a few days… nothing turned up, i then went in store and told that cant have them now due to stock levels and fobbed us off saying we cant now when clearly we were sold them as with these pillows …. kids 9 years old and got no pillows spent like £500 what an absolute scam! absolute disgrace and all the staff were rude and didn't wanna assist us. incredibly poor service get your bed somewhere else don't be ripped off by this bunch.

From buying to delivery to self assembly it went like a dream

Staff in store very helpful and knowledgeable of all the products. We were not rushed into making any decisions. The cup of coffee was very welcome too.
Delivery staff were prompt and courteous, we were kept informed at every stage. All round a very positive experience.

My experience is not good. PLEASE be aware that if something goes wrong, you will struggle contacting customer care and getting resolution on time. Store are just sales point and don't expect any support post sales.
They are not on resolver and Ombudsman will ask for deadlock letter.

At the time of purchase experience in store- very good but then I got the order with assembly. Person doing the assembly asked us to contact customer care and report the issue as safety rod not reaching at the top so basically no safety once lifted up. Later we found even few screws for piston fitting, not even properly put.

You have to spend time in reaching out to customer care, not always easy.
Contacted store and told they really can't do anything and asked to contact customer care. They should have told that its just a sales office. I would have done gone online itself.

Over a week now, no response.

15/08- details shared for this review
16/08- again in customer service queue.. 20mins minimum waiting time , dropped after 10mins.
Connected again and dropped after 24m 47s
tried connecting on live chat- after every verification etc, message appeared - technical issue. company not on resolver, so I am stuck
