We found the staff at the store very helpful and friendly, they gave us plenty of information and time so that we could make the right decision without feeling pressured to buy. The product has lived up to all expectations so far and we have no complaints at all. Very happy overall, would happily recommend people to give them a look.

Excellent service, excellent sales assistants who know everything about beds!
We were very impressed by our visit to Dreams store in Ipswich and got the bed we were originally after.
Our sales assistant Ellessia was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and showed us all the options and costs and fine details of each item.
Dreams do their best to make sure you're satisfied and you even get a 100 night guarantee to ensure you're happy with your choice. How can you go wrong?

Brilliant helpful staff and great products.
The staff at the branch we visited in Ipswich were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they were able to help and advise us on what would fit our needs. A very satisfactory visit and a smooth purchase experience.

Amazing from top to toe!
Dreams have literally been a dream to deal with. The customer service in store was amazing, she couldn't have been more helpful. She went through everything, recommended different products for me to test to make sure I had what I needed. The mattress and pillows are so comfortable, I've had the best night sleep since! The delivery was also great, lots of communication and the guys who brought it were so nice and friendly. I will absolutely be back next year when I need to upgrade my daughters bed!

The bed is fantastic
The bed is fantastic! It is super comfortable. I definitely recommend Dream beds. I was very well looked after by Dream customer care team when purchasing the bed and aftercare and delivery service were outstanding.

Would recommend to others
We were given a delivery date and time and they were true to their word. The delivery team were friendly and polite giving advice which was appreciated and useful.
We had no issues putting the bed together ourselves and we are really pleased with the quality and finish of the product
