Excellent service
Chris and Jake delivered the mattress we ordered from the Dreams shop. They contacted me previously to confirm the date and time of delivery, then contacted me on the day to confirm the time they would deliver the mattress, in fact they delivered it earlier which was really good service. They where extremely professional and smart in their appearance and also wore slip on covers over their shoes to protect the carpets etc. Chris took the mattress upstairs while Jake took the old mattress away
Chris informed us to let the mattress settle before we put the bedding on. They also took away all the packaging. Excellent service.

Very good mattress and bed frame
My experience with dreams is very good. They went through all the details of the mattress we picked and we also picked a bed frame. Very pleased with choice and they arrived on the date and time requested.

Excellent service
The moment I walked into Dreams on Edge lane Liverpool I was approached by an assistant in a friendly manner.
Her knowledge of the product helped me make my decision.
There’s a lot to choose from but her guidance helped me choose.
The delivery was on time great communication throughout and the guys delivered and took old mattresses away.
I will definitely go back when I need another new bed.

Rubbish
Rubbish! No returns policy if you but in store even if some of the items purchased weren't available to view/test. No one told me there was no returns in store. Disgusted!! Won't use again

Thank you for taking the time to speak to me. I am sorry again for any frustration this issue has caused you.
As discussed, it is not Dreams terms & conditions that stipulate you cannot return, rather under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, there is no right to a refund if you not like the goods.
I am glad that we have come to a suitable resolution during our conversation, and I hope that this goes some way towards restoring your faith in Dreams.

Tempa mattress
We bought a tempa mattress & bed frame. Cannot tell you how comfortable the mattress is. The frame has a massive amount of storage space underneath. Absolutely delighted with it. We can’t wait to get in.

I am so pleased with my new mattress. Linda was so lovely and helpful, and went above and beyond to help me find the right mattress for me. Thank you so much Linda I've had lovely night sleeps since I've recieved my new mattress. All of the staff are very lovely in the old swan store . Thanks so much again

Buying from Dreams
Staff in shop.... Polite helpful and not pushy. No pressure to buy and gave all prices so I could choose leisurely. Mattress arrived on time. Old one taken away. Drivers /delivery men were polite, efficient and no mess.
