Returned an item 24 hours after purchasing. Have been told 3 times in the last 5 weeks the refund has been processed, and still haven't received my refund, I would avoid.

We visited Dreams on Edge Lane Liverpool, in dyer need of a new matress. The apprehension was quite high as aware it can end up being an expensive purchase and wanted to make the right choice. We were met perusing the showroom by the lovely Linda who was so wonderful. Her knowledge, was great, explained each one we tried. Was so patient with us going backwards and forwards. Such a lovely person in a sales position no pressure or pulling us one way or another just professional and helpful and know we made the right choice. The quality and choice in the showroom was fantastic. Just sad it will be quite a while until we need a new one!

The delivery was quick, they installed the beds and removed all the packeging The beds are very comfortable and I got lots of free bedding, so very happy.

Loved the bed that tested what mattress would be ideal for me and the professionalism was superb. Also being allowed to try beds without a time limit

Liverpool old swan store, was helped by Jenny, great help shown me the dream sleep bed machine that analyses your sleeping position and matches beds to you, was given a lovely pillow and taken on a tour of suitable beds, was amazing and when I found one I liked I was able to get it reduced in the clearance sale and was given weekend delivery to work around my shifts. Great help great mattresses and a great night's sleep!

the staff in the shop are really helpful, not pushy and they are friendly. the staff in customer service are really helpful and pleasant. the delivery drivers were great very professional, took my bed to a loft room and it was quite difficult but they did it thankyou

We purchased a bed, mattress and headboard from Dreams. The service in the shop was excellent and the delivery service was also first class. Communication about the delivery was accurate. We will definitely use Dreams again. Indeed this was the third time we had purchased large items from the Edge Lane store.
