Excellent service received when Dreams delivered our sofabed. Delivered on agreed date as arranged. Delivery men assembled the sofabed and took away the packaging. Very pleased with the service received.

Sofabed also really good quality and good value for money. Looks fab. Very comfy as a sofa. OK as a bed but meets our needs as will be mainly used as a sofa, only occasionally as a bed.

We love our new bed from Dreams. We had Tempur Pro Air Plus and Tempur pillows. They are lovely and bed is so comfortable. The only issue we had was, the shop Assistant gave us wrong size mattress protector and we didn't realise until 2 weeks later when the bed arrived, and my wife was just about to put it on the mattress. The assistant also partially charged me for "Room of your choice" when I shouldn't as this was free as I had my bed assembled. I did get a refund from Dreams afterwards.

Bed just what we asked for & really comfortable

The sale was dealt with in a friendly snd efficient manner, and the delivery was similar.

Two great lads did the delivery, very polite and extremely helpful. So far so good with the quality of sleep.8

Initially we met Hannah , treated us very well , we chose the bed base and Hannah took me through the procedure to choose correct mattress , very knowledgeable very professional . All went well , the purchase was done also extras were given , ie pillows , duvet and mattress protector , Delivery date given and bed was delivered on time , thankyou Hannah and Dreams delivery team and Dreams Poole

We weren’t pounced on as soon as we came into the shop, we looked around for short time on our own and then a lovely lady called Joanne came over. She was very helpful and helped us choose our new mattress. Delivery was very good and so were the drivers. Can speak highly enough about the service we got especially Joanne in store.

The service in the store was great it was just the horrible men who delivered my lovely new bed at my age don't expect such treatment also love the cabinets and ottoman.
Think the problem was my very old bed they probably thought I had one which could be sold on not chopped up for firewood!
