We’ve had the bed for about 3 weeks now and it is the most comfortable one we have EVER had. We are both sleeping better than before despite having 2 new beds in the past (not from Dreams). I would recommend Dreams in Poole highly.

Man very helpful, they went out of there way to get room right. Even bought in my little bed side cupboard & seen if I like it there & move bed in right place. Thanks so much & bed is a dream to sleep in.

A very comfortable bed, lovely looking too.

We are three weeks in from acquiring our new Tempur mattress from Dreams in Poole and it is fab! Our old mattress at 15 years old was becoming uncomfortable, we were apprehensive about making a change which involved a considerable investment. We took time to choose the right product with the help of the Dreams team and I believe we got it right with their advice. Still early days but after 21 sleeps it feels like we made the right decision. Delighted with our new mattress!

WE purchased a Masters Guild mattress with own brand divan base from Dreams Poole having visited the store. Hannah helped us choose the right mattress for us and was helpful and friendly. We are really pleased with the mattress and base. Our only quibble is the amount of additional charges to deliver, take-away and put the bed where it's needed.

James assessed our needs while selecting our mattress, including keeping our choices within our price range.

It arrived within the time on the day as arranged with a phone call to tell me he was 15 minutes away.the mattress was perfectly packaged. Your driver & mate were polite & courteous and professional,very pleased with your service and your sales people

Whilst it is early days the beds are providing good night's sleep

Everything was just easy, and the product is exactly what we wanted looks wise and comfort wise.

Bed and headboard were so well packed, and instructions very easy to follow

Excellent service and excellent delivery guys and quick at building my son’s new ottoman double bed.

Our order arrived on time and the staff were helpful bringing it in. The bed was easy to set up and was perfect quality. We are very pleased with it!

The only complaint I have is price...

Having said that the mattress is worth it, I have not had this comfortable a nights sleep in ages. Everything about the experience was great. The in store expert knew their stuff, we did the machine to determine our "ideal" mattress and then the expert took us to try them out and we quickly settled. She was courteous, professional and very very helpful.

The delivery slot was a 3 week wait but on the day they turned up within the hour slot they had shared with me and very quickly had it upstairs and in my bedroom where I wanted it to be. They were extremely efficient and helpful.

So conclusion: is it expensive, yes. Is it worth it, YES!

I have to give 5 stars for the service from the staff in the shop for all there help in purchasing the correct bed to the delivery people who were so kind and helpful, the bed is beautiful very well made and very comfortable excellent quality, i have to give 5 stars even though at the moment i have resorted to putting a rollaway mattress on my side of the bed, it is no fault of the bed my husband sleeps like a dream and he has replacement hips and osteoporosis but i have a back problem and it takes longer for my back to adjust to the firmness but overall an excellent service

The mattress gave off a terrible chemical smell when the plastic wrapping was removed. The delivery men said it to air it for a couple of hours. Well it took 3 days before it was fit to sleep on. I had to sleep in the spare room for 2 nights. The salesman wasn't interested. I couldn't get through on the phone number. I wrote an email complaint but no-one responded.

Bought a new Tempur mattress from Dreams. From in-store to delivery the experience was superb. Most importantly though the comfort of our new bed is amazing. Thank you Dreams.

Weren't pressured into buying. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Vast selection of mattresses, pillows bedframes. Used the tech to find out which mattress was most suitable.

Excellent service from the shop to the delivery. New mattress and pillows very comfortable.
