Brilliant service yet again from Dreams, which is why we went back 7 years later to order the same mattress for another bed. 10/10 for sales, customer experience and delivery.

Everything was brilliant from the welcome when we entered the store to the delivery. The sales perdon, Claire was fantastic. The result is we have a lovely comfortable new mattress.

Helpful staff, easy delivery. All went smoothly.

Really helpful in guiding us through purchasing a new bed. We had no idea there were so many options. Very knowledgeable and very patient as we really didn’t know what we wanted. We also appreciated that we were given lots of time to try out and decide what was best for us.

The service I received from Claire @ Dreams Brunel Retail Park, Reading was absolutely fantastic!! She advised on the right mattress for me, the right pillows for me and all with a smile and a great connection. I went into the store as my first stop in my bed shopping journey and ended up buying my new mattress and bed. There was really no need to keep looking! Claire, you're amazing, I hope that Dreams recognises what a gem they have working for them :)

The delivery team arrived within the predicted timeframe that the driver gave when he called in advance of their arrival. They were most friendly and courteous to both myself and my wife and took great care when bringing the divan and associated components into our home. As I was not going to install the divan immediately, the driver showed me where the castors were and explained how to fit them. He also showed me the headboard and explained how the legs are fitted and assembled to the divan. He stressed the need to take care when removing the protective wrapping from the mattress and to ventilate the room, also to let the mattress air before covering or using. And, most importantly, the mattress rotation procedure. The explanations were so comprehensive that the included handbooks were merely a reference, if needed. He also informed me that if the comfort level of the mattress was not as expected (too soft, too hard etc.) I could contact Dreams for resolution. They could not have been more helpful and took every care when in our home and outside. They are both a credit to and an advert for Dreams as they, like the showroom staff, are the true face of the company when interacting with the customer. Their service and assistance was very much appreciated. The divan is now fully installed and looks really good. The size and comfort has been greatly appreciated by my grand children, young and older, who like to have sleepovers and longer stays. The whole experience has been a pleasure. Highly recommended.

Excellent service in showroom, could easily have slept there for the night… (maybe open up showrooms for sleep overs or Airbnb 😜)

Delivered on time and straight to bedroom, with enough time to unpack and left mattress before bed time zzzzzzzzzz

Great service in store in Reading from Claire. She really knew her stuff and I am delighted with my bed. Delivery went smoothly and the men who set the bed up were very polite and quick and took time to show me how to lift the base to get to the ottoman.
Would def use again if I needed another bed.

Your delivery guys were the best friendly and considerate even took their shoes off when they didn’t need too give them star of the month if you do that

Its not comfortable as i thought. i still sink inside. not too great as i want.

Our visit to Dreams was to find a mattress right for the long-term for my wife & I. We had done research ahead of time for somecwerks and thought we would need to make the choice oursrlves. We were wrong in that assumption. What wr found was a really innovative Sleepmatch experience (we bought one of the recommended) and a store team that really were engaged and authentic in wanting to us achieve the best outcome. It was a very open exchange. We felt able to share feedback on mattresses we tried, team suggested tests we could do and suggested novel combinations. We were not hurried and we were actively listened to. This was a great experience. Without the simple interest from staff here, we are probably still looking. The team proactively helped to create a solution for us, shared their experyise with us and helped to craft a good deal for us on one of thee suggested mattresses. I highly recommend Dreams and see this team very differently now and feel confident in my investment.

Had a great experience in the reading branch with Riska. Using the bedmatch technology I was able to find my new mattress after trying various options the machine suggested along with Riska's recommendation based on the report. Great service and cannot recommend enough !

Had a bed delivered for my mam which was unsuitable. I spoke with Olivia in customer services who was extremely helpful, friendly, and very understanding and solved the problem for me. Thank you Olivia and Dreams.
