Had a great experience in the reading branch with Riska. Using the bedmatch technology I was able to find my new mattress after trying various options the machine suggested along with Riska's recommendation based on the report. Great service and cannot recommend enough !

Had a bed delivered for my mam which was unsuitable. I spoke with Olivia in customer services who was extremely helpful, friendly, and very understanding and solved the problem for me. Thank you Olivia and Dreams.

We had a great experience with Dreams. The price was excellent, especially during the Xmas/January sale, and the service at the Reading branch was spot on. There was no pushy sales approach at all, we were encouraged to take our time testing every bed, and once we’d narrowed things down, the staff clearly explained the pros and cons of each option.

We ended up purchasing the Sealy Posturepedic Elevate Sandridge Combination Mattress, which is firm with a comfortable cushioned top that provides great back support. Sleep quality has been amazing so far.

If there’s one small area for improvement, it would be the product design rather than the service. An extra handle/tab on the front and bottom of the mattress would make it much easier to move, as carrying it up the stairs was a bit tricky.

Overall, great service, good prices, and very happy with the mattress.

Very uncomfortable so far

Really love our new TV bed and mattress. Dreams were fantastic to deal with, knowledgeable and helpful. The bed arrived exactly when they said it would and the team who assembled the bed and set up the TV were amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Good advice and spent time showing us all the options

The service provided to us was overall great but disappointed about the delivery dates as it's more than 2 months.

We ordered from reading branch on 4th Jan and we will get our bed and mattress on 10th march which is too far considering our situation as our current bed is broken, and can't sleep on it. :(

We were given time and space to make a decision. Our sales assistant, Kevin, was knowledgeable about the mattresses and encouraged us to narrow down the choice before trying the last selection again and never rushed us. I’m very happy with the new mattress.

I would avoid this company my mattress has gone wrong just over a year old and I have to wait for them to inspect it! It is like a slide! I have fibromyalgia and Addison disease and now I’m in so much pain
