Great team at the MFI roundabout team at Stoke on Trent

The men that put the bed together were very good on time with delivery please with bed very comfortably

Absolutely took care of us and helped us with getting our dream mattress, and went through the whole process for us as first time buyers in a breeze

Store looks lovely.
Staff more interested in moving mattresses around and hiding in the back than serving or telling me about the products.
Quoted one price then charged another.
Mattress is comfy though, so that's a bonus.

There was an initial problem when the delivery date was changed to one two weeks later. As I was desperate for the new single bed for downstairs use, due to a back and knee injury, I was more than disappointed. After contacting head office the helpful manageress was able to find a delivery slot just two days after the original date quoted. The bed was delivered as promised and is super comfortable. It has definitely helped with my recovery.

The staff were lovely and helpful my mattress and bed lovely with amazing delivery staff
My only complaint was that dreams refused nhs and blue light discount
I learned later other suppliers would have given me a much needed discount

Ottoman bed purchased with pocket sprung mattress.
I gave 3 stars originally because although staff and bed assembly by Dream fitters was excellent, we were not happy with the mattress.
We were told by a member of staff, as it had been reduced, we were unable to return it. Hence, we bought an expensive mattress topper to rectify the comfort issue. Dreams have since been in touch and have sent a partial refund towards the topper, so, pleased with the overall service.
