We rearranged our delivery date on multiple occasions with no issues whatsoever. The delivery team on site were the best I’ve seen

Great service from start to finish

From the moment Jacqui met us in the shop , to the choosing of the bed followed by the delivery to sleeping on it ...absolutely a dream come true

From start to finish we received what can only be described as good old fashioned customer service. The product we chose, with the guidance of sales staff, was competitively priced and suits us perfectly.

The bed is so comfy, we have actually had some sleep. Defo recommend

Dina at the Hanley store was calm , helpful, pleasant and understanding of our needs. we didn't feel rushed to make a choice (even though we arrived near closing time) or buy a product but we did anyway! She has good knowledge of the products and advised us that certain items would not fit our space saving us a costly mistake. we would certainly visit this store again....plus it was warm and comfortable inside the building !

From first walking through the door of the store, guidance about beds etc, choosing a bed which we decided to buy the lady was brilliant who served us. Delivery was spot on....cannot find any fault at all!!!!
I would definitely recommend this Dreams store to anyone. If any store is like this one too marks!!!!

Very good customer service and very helpful

We were given all the information to make the right decision for us regarding new technology in today's mattresses.
I've been enjoying the best nights sleep in a long long time... the firm support was just what I needed... I no longer get up in the morning feeling stiff with aches in my lower back... heaven!

Great service nothing was too much trouble

Andrew was fantastic, very knowledgeable of the products and helpful without the hard sell. Listened to our requirements and recommended mattresses to suit. We felt we could test out the mattresses, taking as long as we needed without feeling rushed to make a decision. Andrew was very attentive without being overbearing and was friendly throughout our time in the store. Flexibility of payment options and delivery options explained. Overall really very pleased with the experience.

The store salesperson was very helpful. Delivery was punctual, respectful of my home and efficient.

We went to find a new bed and so when we arrived Vicki met us at the door and made us welcome, she then asked what we were looking for and then explained all the different types or mattress that was available, she showed as all and offered us a drink, the whole experience was very good and professional.

What went right???
My first reviews were added on the 26th july. The day the bed was supposed to be delivered AND assembled!!!
Well we were lied to from the off and the bed was delivered...but no assembly had been ordered even though Andrew in the shop told us he would 'sort it'.
My partner was left to assemble the bed himself with the instructions and listing of parts provided with the packaged bed!!!
BE WARNED DREAMS SEND OUT DIFFERENT PARTS AND INSTRUCTIONS LISTS TO CUSTOMERS THAN THE ONES THEY USE IN CUSTOMER SERVICES (i use the term customer service Very Loosely- its non existant)
On assembling we found a major piece was missing. The part listed as a SIDE RAIL CROSSBAR in the instructions povided to us.
My partner called customer services 3 times. 3 separate people each told the same details as per our instruction sheet...
The part they sent did not arrive til today....IT WAS COMPLETELY THE WRONG PART.
I went straight to Mr HPoC who is apparently the highest point of contact - in his words 'Please see below for the assembly instructions on the bed. We were under the impression it was part 7 cross bar which you required, which was what was sent out today. We do not have a part called the side rail cross bar.'
I had to send a copy of the instructions we had been sent to use to assemble the bed. To prove the SIDE RAIL CROSSBAR did exist and it was the part wehad ordered.
I felt his email was very sarcastic and unhelpful and suggested we did not know what we were talking about!!
I was furious! We now have to wait until Fri 11th aug to receive the correct parts... ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS...wecwere offered £100 compensation for all this stress!!! We spent nearly £3000 on this bed and matress!!!!
Seriously do not believe the hype about this company.
Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere

Excellent service in store, talking through a number of options before settling on a kingsize ottoman bed & mattress. Delivery & build happened on the agreed date & time, with the finished bed being so comfy.
