Andy in Dreams Stoke store is fab, really knowledgeable and helpful. We did not enjoy the tempur mattress that we took a punt on & Andy helped us choose a hybrid straight away.

I recently visited Dreams Bed Shop and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The selection of beds and mattresses was impressive, with options to suit every comfort level and budget. The showroom was clean, well laid out, and made it easy to try out different styles.
What really stood out, though, was Tom’s customer service. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. Tom took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained the differences between the mattresses clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my choice. His friendly and professional approach made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable.
I’m absolutely delighted with my new bed and couldn’t recommend Dreams Bed Shop highly enough.

Excellent - really pleased with the service received

Delivery happened as should but after they had put bed together they couldn't get it working. We bought electric riser/massage bed. They reported it to customer services, they rang back on 23rd December but I missed the call and no one has rung since

The service i received was second to none but as yet I am still trying to get used to my new tempor mattress so I can't give a better rating until I've had it longer.

Great in the shop, demonstrating the best most suitable mattress’s, great customer service. On delivery the team were fantastic removing the old mattress and moving the new mattress to my room of choice. Making sure nothing was broken on the journey to the upstairs.

Everything was fantastic and on time. The guys who built the bed, were very friendly and professional.

I have to say the team in the store went above and beyond to help my dad when he needed it most.

The bed was delivered at the time I was given. The guys worked quickly and efficiently and my new bed was put together in minutes. They took all the packaging away with them. They did an excellent job

When we entered the Dreams Store off the A500 in Stoke on Trent, we here helped to choose a mattress without any undue pressure. The mattress selector technology provided a list of mattresses that suited our personal needs. Dom was very helpful and guided us through this process. We left knowing we had chosen an excellent product.

The staff at Dreams were polite and the guys who delivered and set up the bed from Liverpool were polite.
