Excellent supportive staff and thorough knowledge of what they are dealing with. Individualized guidance is provided for each customer and they really make you feel special.

Great Customer service from start to Finish. The team were really attentive. They were focussed on making sure we got the right mattress and not trying to sell us the most expensive one. The communication and delivery were seamless. Everyone was super polite, professional and really helpful.

From start to finish it has been the best experience possible.
In the showroom the lady who helped us was fantastic and so helpful. She made us feel so welcome and her knowledge and expertise was so valuable as it narrowed down all the possibilities. Without her we could have been there for many hours.
The delivery guys were exceptional and made the whole delivery experience brilliant.

Absolutely stunning bed, looks fabulous in situe. Chose a delivery day, got an email the day before to give a time slot, then on the day, a call and a message with a 2 hour window. The delivery gents were so polite and friendly, put shoe protectors on and were swift in getting the king size bed frame up 3 flights of stairs, with no knocks or touches on the walls. Assembled the bed really quickly and offered to put the mattress on too (which we already had) then checked I was completely happy before leaving. They also took all the packaging. A faultless service, would definitely recommend!

We ordered a small double bed from the Hanley store, the staff were friendly and helpful, great customer service and it was delivered on time, we had a phone call beforehand to let us know when they would arrive on the day. 2 guys arrived- Marcus and Chris, built the bed within 30 mins, left the room tidy and took all left over packaging with them. They even took away the old mattress (we had got rid of the bed frame beforehand).

Had a warm welcome and very helpful advice on choosing a new mattress.
We were offered a cup of tea by the two staff members, we are very happy with our new king size mattress.

I would like to say that the two gentlemen that delivered and assembled my bed was amazing! James and the driver

( my apologies for not remembering the other gentlemen’s name, I have a bunch of medical issues that causes slight memory loss and other issues)

They were very polite, friendly and very helpful / informative, they even demonstrated how to open and close my divan ottoman bed as it’s been a while since I’ve had a demonstration at the dreams store.

They even got the job done in less than 30 minutes and they made sure to clear up everything before they left to make sure that my safety was first, as I have mobility issues.

They even phoned me before to inform me about what time they will be here and to go over any important information.

They wore shoes covers to keep the dirt out, they even changed the shoe covers every time they went out and they were also in their uniforms which were very clean and smart, again I have medical issues which can cause flare ups and they did everything to prevent any dirt coming into the house to put my medical needs first.

He also made sure I was happy where the placement of the bed was and how it looked and I was very happy with my purchase.

I can’t think of any more words to give about how pleased and happy I am with how they handle it and how pleasant they both were, alls I can say is that I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone as they are amazing.

With that being said I believe they both deserve a pay rise and full on recognition for their outstanding service, because they respected my medical issues and gone out of their way to adapt to my needs and I’ve never had any other delivery team do that before and that meant a lot to me.

As for the bed itself, it’s very lovely and it was my dream bed all along.

The storage part Is very easy to open especially with my medical needs and I find that hard with other bed brands that don’t cater to disabled people, and it’s very spacious for bedding or extra storage essentials.

The mattress was amazing and very comfortable, I had to get a medium firm mattress as it was recommended from my doctor for my fibromyalgia and other issues and it’s perfect.

(I got the silent night 800 pocket spring mattress)

Finally the colour of the bed was exactly like the picture (grey velvet) and it matched perfectly with my room colour scheme which is also grey.

So I’ll definitely recommend this company and I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again.

Excellent service from Jane at the Stoke on Trent store. She listened to our requirements and my needs regarding my ongoing back pain. She was knowledgeable, helpful and (thankfully) did not have a hard-sell approach.

Despite us taking some time to decide on a mattress (we have had 3 in the last 5 years, and unfortunately each one has just not been right), Jane remained attentive, whilst also allowing us the time to discuss our options and decide what was best for us. She was outstanding throughout. To be honest, we only went to 'look', but with the service we received, the choice/quality of the mattresses and beds, and the Dreams 100 day promise, we had no reason not to purchase on the day.

Delivery was fast, and again an excellent service. We are delighted with the bed and mattress. Having the 100 day guarantee is great, but the mattress is so incredibly comfortable, I am confident and hopeful that we will not need it.

Excellent service from start to finish. The salesman was just perfect. Advised us and was there for any questions without being pushy which really puts me off. The bed arrived as arranged and the men put the bed together in such a professional manner. Covering their shoes and removing all packaging. Very impressed 😊

The beds are expensive but I had to come back as my last mattress from Dreams lasted 10 years so great value for money. Sorting out finance took too long so I ended up purchasing on a balance transfer card. A comfortable bed is an essential purchase so worth the myther! Great customer service, knowledgeable sales advisor without any pushy sales chat. Deena just wanted us to find the best fit for our bedroom and our dream bed!

The staff in store were very helpful & friendly. Had my matress nearly 2wks
now & so far I'm very happy with it.

Sales person pounced within seconds of walking through the door. Politely asked for a few minutes to browse. Sales person tried to justify the hard sell tactics and I had to be very firm to get them to leave us alone. Ended up walking out and buying from NCF Living who provided a much more pleasant environment and sales process.

Salespeople not pushy, vast knowledge of products and an overall nice experience
