Had a small problem with delivery time . But customer care afterwards were excellent with smoothing this over

When we entered the store we were given every help we couid have ased for, the assistant asked what we were looking for and showed us the range of mattresses to suit our request, she didn`t take us straight to the expensive range we started at the economy range and continued untill we found what we were looking for.

A great experience from sales to installation. Omar was very informative and very friendly. The delivery guys were very efficient and helpful.
Our new mattress is very comfortable and provided us with wonderful sleep

We visited the Dreams, Wakefield store with the purpose of purchasing a new mattress. From the store we entered the store until the point in time when finalised the purchase we felt we were treated to first class customer service. We would have no hesitation in purchasing from this store again and feel the staff should be congratulated on excellent service

Jason at your Wakefield branch was very helpful nothing was too much trouble for him we only had a few days to wait for delivery and lt took no time at all for them to bring in the new mattress and take away the old, delivery was given with a 2hour slot and came on time. HIGHLEY DELIGHTED

Excellent advice from the store at Wakefield. Bed delivered when stated with good communications regarding expected delivery time on the day. We paid for the bed to be assembled and this was done very quickly and efficiently and a demo given on how the bed works (as it was adjustable). Very pleased with the bed and mattress.

Everything from purchasing my new mattress in store to it actually being delivered was very smooth and efficient. Special thanks to Dale & Lewis who delivered the mattress into my home and took away my old mattress. They were very courteous and helpful. 10 out of 10 for my new mattress it’s really comfortable.

Came in today after a few unsuccessful tries of online mattress brands, Omar greeted us straight away and was straight on showing us the best mattress for us, and providing us with all the information to leave buying a new mattress at a such a bargain. Thank you so much Omar, top sales guy 👍🏻 wish we came to dreams in the first place!

We went to dreams in wakefield to look for a new mattress ,the lady who helped us was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy and encouraged us to try different mattresses. I would give them 5stars for her help.

The sales representative was helpful, knowledgeable, offered great support and advice. Created a great rapport and suggested items within in budget.
