I still don’t have the item that I paid for. I don’t know how much time the USPS personnel take to investigate. I can’t wait very long. Your company should have a better solution to take care your customer in this situation because when USPS personnel have the result they only talking to the sender (your company) not to the receiver.
This is the first time I buy from you and also the last.

The type of SATA drives I ordered, was out of stock. The support team reached out with alternate options and was delivered on-time. I would buy again in future and would recommend my friends to buy from here.

Mostly I like the price. I needed an SSD for an older computer, and didn't want to put a lot of money into it. The drive worked great and it was inexpensive.

Ordered a used Western Digital 512GB gen 3 SSD they were out of stockand they called me and upgraded me to a new SK Hynix 512GB Gen 4 SSD at no extra charge and expedited shipping Great customer service and communication.

Part was easy to find on the website, exactly what I needed. Good notification for delivery. I’ll use this company for future needs.

The review I submitted was true to the best of my knowledge. When I received the 512 GB from Drive Solutions I attempted to clone it. When that wasn't successful I contacted the maker of my backup, Acronis who spent over an hour trying to clone the drive. When that didn't work I took the 512 GB drive to a local computer repair shop. The technician I hired to install it said it was defective.
After all this frustration I decided to replace my 7 year old laptop with a faster new one. I didn't find out that the repair shop installed Drive Solutions Samsung 512GB SSD and returned my old Micron 256GB until I picked up the old laptop and booted it up.
There was nothing malicious on my part when I wrote the review. I was simply relaying the facts as reported to me by the computer repair shop. I have since apologized to Drive Solutions and plan to never use that repair shop again.

Excellent and clear communication in a polite and timely manner. Product as described, all in good order.

I purchased a 16GB DDR5 5600 stick for $165 on January 21st, but the next day I received an email saying it was backordered and no longer available, even though about 10 were listed in stock at the time of purchase. While I was disappointed, I was able to get a 16GB Patriot DDR5 6000 CL30 module from Newegg for slightly more than $165, so it worked out in the end. I just wish DriveSolutions would provide more accurate inventory information instead of sending apologies after the fact.
