I Liked the way you could look up part needed to fix my problem.prices were just a little higher than I would have liked but fair. Worst part of process was the delivery they tell you 3 to 5 business days but it to 6. Should have been here sooner. If I wanted it 2 days it would have cost me half of what the part cost.

Thank you for your feedback. We received your order on Saturday, December 27th, when our office was closed, and it shipped the very next business day, Monday, December 29th. You selected UPS Ground, which is a 1–5 business day service. Since we ship from Southern California and your delivery address is in North Carolina, transit times are typically toward the longer end of that range.
According to the tracking information, your order was delivered within the timeframe stated on our website. We fulfilled and shipped your order as quickly as possible, and within the shipping method you selected, there wasn’t anything we could have done differently to shorten the transit time.
That said, we understand how frustrating it can be when a delivery feels slower than expected. Once a package leaves our facility, the carrier controls the transit time. We do our best to provide clear shipping information upfront so customers know what to expect.
We appreciate your order, and if you ever need assistance choosing a faster shipping option in the future, please feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help.

The HD fit great and worked perfectly
The HD fit great and worked perfectly. I had trouble getting the OS to work, no fault of the hard drive. My recovery USB did not work and I had to get a replacement from Computer Surgeons. The computer is old enough to have started with a very old Windows 10 build and it could not do updates. So I loaded the ISO version of 11. All good now.

Sent me less quantity than I initially…
Sent me less quantity than I initially ordered and realized it after waiting days to receive the drives. This waisted my time and most importantly my customer’s time as they needed this for a very critical project.

Unfortunately, this was our error, and we fully understand why this situation was frustrating for the customer. At this time, our website does not display real-time quantity availability, which can sometimes cause issues when larger quantities are ordered.
As soon as we became aware of the issue, we contacted the customer, apologized, offered to check availability on alternative models, and also offered a refund of the shipping charges.
We sincerely apologize that we were unable to fulfill the full quantity requested. We know how inconvenient this can be, and we appreciate the feedback as it helps us improve our processes moving forward.

I'm sure the product works perfectly but I needed to cancel the order. There was no way to cancel. Not good. That, is disappointing

Likely you know, but just in case, the enclosure package is labeled as HE-C371, but the Macrium Reflect I used for backup detected a “571” serial number, so upgraded, ? My system: Dell XPS 16 9640; Win11. My old one: Dell Precision 7510 with ECC. Wish they hadn’t discontinued the Precision line!
