Service in store was great, that was a good start.
The quality of the construction of our Roman Blinds was flawless. Material (linen mix) looks really classy and has a nice weight.
The instruction sheet was surprisingly poor. Both the English and the photographs/graphics were all unnecessarily sub standard, so It makes you wonder who signed this off. Luckily, not rocket science - but a pretty easy fix.
Overall, first rate. My respect to the team who make these blinds up as they're done with professional care.

Your delivery booking system made me wait for two weeks for a delivery slot. You then failed to deliver my goods on the allotted day because your delivery van failed, didnât offer me any priority delivery to compensate and then made me wait another week and a half. I will not be ordering from Dunhelm ever again! Stop sending me surveys!!

Fulton Lift Top Coffee Table
I ordered the Fulton Lift Top Coffee Table and after 2 weeks of ordering I was told there was a âtechnical issueâ and they could no longer fulfil my order. After emailing back explaining that I still wanted the item, I was given a 15% off voucher code and assured that if I ordered again everything would be ok so I did. Once again I received the same email to say there was a technical issue and couldnât have my order and this time offered me a 10% off voucher codeâŠ.. I donât understand how the table is still in stock on the website but I canât have it. I even asked to have it delivered to the store and I would come and collect it but I have been ignored.

For anyone who books expressed delivery please do not bother. Waste of money with this company. They give you the option to pay more for quick delivery which never comes. I ordered blinds weeks ago can you imagine what or why I did that I must be bonkers anyway did tracking for today with carriers DHL and my order is not there and Iâm told to wait 72 hours for an update. I am exhausted with this company. Unless you collect from store they are useless. So lesson learned donât purchase fast delivery. Itâs a total myth.

When we went to organise the measuring it was done expertly. We were given prices on the different ideas we had. The measurer came when he said he would and immediately told us the best option for our needs.
We received a price and we arranged a fitting date and he turned up on time and did a magnificent job. Also ensured we knew the best way of operating and told us if w e had any concerns to make contact.

I visited the Colliers Wood store last Saturday and was given assurance by the Manager that I would receive a response on Tuesday - to date no response.
I have no option but to seek legal action against Dunelm.
