We were very sceptical of selecting a solicitor when selling and buying a new house however we recieved nothing but the best service through out our process, our process ended up being very rocky but Alishia gave us nothing but reassurance and dealt with the problems head on and with no time to waste, Alishia always took my calls and if not called back as soon as she had a gap, always replied to emails, I have nothing bad to say about Alishia, this fantastic lady did everything for us if not more, if you are looking to buy and sell and end up with Alishia as your selected solicitor just know you are in good hands as this can be a very stressful process, big thank you to Alishia Binfield and Ryan.

Carley and the team dealing with our property transaction were brilliant. They were easy to get hold of, walked us through every step and handled our transaction with expertise.

Katie and Carley have made our selling and purchase experience as easy and smooth as possible. There were a few times were we hadn't heard any updates but after a request for an update, we received one promptly.

Our purchasers legal team had been messy us around on the completion day, but thankfully Carley stuck with it and managed to get this over the line and we appreciate the effort put in as we felt this went above and beyond to make sure we completed.

Sometimes one individual can have a massive impact on your life. One such person is the wonderful Amanda Watts at the Bournemouth branch of DG! Amanda is incredibly calm, very diligent and highly professional, but above all that she really, genuinely cares. We bought a lovely new build of very high quality, but with a seller whose paperwork, records and diligence were frustrating, and whose solicitors were very poor in responding and driving the process forward. Amanda kept on top of the whole situation perfectly, listened and responded to my constant questions, and coached and guided us through our first new build purchase with ease and humour. If you need a solicitor for your conveyancing, regardless of where you are in the UK (I'm in Leeds) Amanda and Dutton Gregory should be your first choice!

Friendly team. Amanda Watts kept me up to date throughout the process of my property sale. All approachable and I did not feel my questions were silly.

Extremely disappointed with the service. My solicitor at Dutton Gregory allowed my property purchase to proceed even though the developer had already entered liquidation before exchange. This is a fundamental failure of due diligence. A simple insolvency check before exchange or completion would have prevented serious financial loss. This mistake should never happen in professional conveyancing. I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience.

Mark's knowledge and experience on employment law matters is outstanding. As a client, Mark listened carefully and communicated clearly to me at all times. Nicky has completed the conveyancing for us on two different properties across the past 10 years. We honestly would not trust anyone else to guide us through and provide this service for us. Fantastic firm.
