We have received great service from Katie & Carley for the sale of our property. Katie and Carley were easily contactable and answered any questions/ queries we had. We were also regularly updated with the progress.

Kirsty Peto and Oli Chandler were great from start to finish for my sale and purchase.
Communication and proactiveness were 10/10 which makes a whole world of difference throughout a stressful period.

My sister recommended Dutton Gregory LLP when I recently moved back to the UK from abroad and purchased my first property. Alisha Binfield at Dutton Gregory provided a first class service and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She kept me informed every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble. There were hold ups further down the chain, some due to lack of responses by other solicitors which taught me having a good solicitor is key to a smooth process. Alisha kept up correspondence with the sellers solicitor and the Estate Agent and finally got the purchase across the line. I don't think I would have secured the house I wanted without her. I am so grateful and happy with the service from Alisha, she is now dealing with a house purchase for my niece. Highly recommend Alisha and the services provided by Dutton Gregory LLP.

I was recommended to use Dutton Gregory through an estate agents and have never been so happy with a recommendation in my life. I was linked to the Surrey office and dealt with Hirakshi mainly with help from Ryan also.
Between these two fully professional people I have a response within a hour or two maximum to any queries I had, I was never left waiting or felt like they were dragging their heels.

I simply asked at the beginning how quickly do they think they could get this done and we set a timeline (which I was very aware this was out of our control fully) and they smashed it. Not only are they reasonably priced but their work was unmatchable. Updating the app upon request so I knew where we were at, constant communication via email and was on the ball instantly with my sale and purchase. I will never use anyone else and hope to work with these two again.

I completed my house purchase today and I wanted to say how wonderful Amy Briscoe from Dutton Gregory LLP was throughout the whole process. She was incredibly efficient, kind, and patient (I hardly had to lift a finger!). Amy even managed to get the exchange and completion sorted ahead of schedule, which meant I got my keys nearly a week earlier than expected! We had to evict a very difficult tenant in order to complete the sales of the property. There was a year of struggle before we started the legal process with Dutton Gregory. Although the tenant tried to make the process as difficult as possible for us, Beverley and her team helped us to navigate through the process giving professional legal advice. It has been a year since we started the process and we have just evicted the tenant. Although we still have to deal with the belongings she left behind over the next two weeks, we are relieved to regain the possession of the property. We are grateful to the DG team and would highly recommend them to landlords who need legal support.
