The worst Bulding control they are looking for small reason to put me on hold . They are worst people don’t deal with them .

Disgusting…I turned in (drove) down a no entry road from a main road to make an immediate stop as my 11 year old son was having a panic attack and I received an £80 fine. These People should be ashamed of themselves. I suspect the high price of these fines are to try and bail out councils that are already struggling financially as how is £80 reasonable for a first fine ?

Diabolical. Previously lived Wandsworth so I know coucils can do much much better. This council fails on so many counts. Street cleaning. Fly tipping. Annual street clean. These things never actually happen. Traffic management of road works is non existent despite clear hazard to primary school children on Newburgh Road. Tragedy waiting to happen. Negligent through inaction.

Paid for a dropped kerb enforcement driveway. If someone parks across your drive in the evenings they never come out. What's the point! Called three times. Very Poor

Ealing Council are very deceitful also racist always supported the apartheid system of white ruled South Africa during the 1980s and early 1990s always wanted by maintaining white privilege at the expenses against its non white residents based on prejudice and skin colour.

Ms. T.Warnell, Finance Director. She is definitely the right person for the job. After contacting the director, she almost immediately analyzed the documents and I got an answer.

This council is not helpful and finds every possible reason not to deliver the services we pay for through council tax. The service is terribly bad. They keep refusing to collect the rubbish because of small items left inside by bypassers when we leave the bin out the night before. As a result, we have foxes scavenging for food.

We are now having to endure several music events in Gunnersbury park on weekends this summer, and every year they add more gigs. Like most hard working individuals, we like to have peace and quiet on weekends and who likes having to listen to someone else’s music for several hours on Saturday or Sunday while in the garden or with the windows open. Ealing council insist the revenue from these events is vital to providing services to the borough including parks. Our local local park (West Park) W3 has been neglected by Ealing council since it opened 2018, really neglected. Other things Ealing fail to do around South Acton:
Clean our streets - only cleaned by local resident groups who were fed up with the Councils poor approach
Empty street bins - very hit and miss with rubbish then spilling onto the street.
Deep street cleaning - meant to happen annually but never does.
West Park W3 - neglected with weeds everywhere, matted shrubs, several dead trees that have been there for 3 years - no action, they just don't care.
So where does the revenue from the music events really go Ealing council? Not South Ealing, South Acton or Brentwood.

I received a wrong bill from Ealing council
I tried to contact and left my number when i did not get replied.
After few hours i received a call from Ealing council

Lazy bunch of people who can not take all bins. So expensive monthly payments but have to report missing collection very often

I was really surprised by Ealing Council’s lack of concern for its citizens. The reason I say this is because I parked my car in a parking spot and when I tried to pay at the machine, it wasn’t working. So I used an app that I always use to pay for parking all over London — it’s called RingGo. Then, an officer working there issued me a ticket.

When I challenged it, they responded saying, “You didn’t use our official app, so we don’t care about your payment — you must pay the fine.”

This basically means they have no concern for a citizen who actually paid for parking, just because it wasn’t through their preferred app. Instead, they are pushing their own payment app, which feels like marketing at the expense of the public. It’s disappointing and unfortunate.

My advice is that councils should be more considerate of ordinary people.

I just has the worst experience even calling ealing council nd shocked to be mocked and laugh of my non British accent/english.

After being hang up several times bu the stuff and not helping when I had to call again a I was attended by swichboard Cheryl, she said something I could understand and when I asked to repeat she laugh at me and with joke voice said “let me repeat what I just said” also she though she has mute herself but didn’t so I could hear her laughing at me with her colleague, on top of she transferred me to the childcare department when she said that she will transfer me with the online department , so I had to go back again an call a third time and start all over again. Also I didn’t receive the survey it says you get after the call , I guess they made sure I was not getting this to don’t report their lack of professionallity and the discrimination and jokes I had to suffer from them just for not being British .

I am extremely disappointed with the way Ealing Council has handled a recent restricted road entrance contravention notice issued to me. I received a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) nearly three months after the alleged incident, which is completely unacceptable and left me with no reasonable opportunity to recall the event accurately. The notice was regarding a brief stop in a restricted road area while dropping off a customer, something that should be viewed with discretion and understanding, especially for professional drivers performing essential services.

Upon receiving the notice, I promptly submitted a formal appeal with supporting evidence, clearly stating that I had entered the road for the sole purpose of dropping a passenger and I had not even been made aware of the contravention on time but the council had escalated this to the next level asking for three times the initial fine amount,I explained that the entry into the road was solely for the purpose of safely dropping a passenger, not for parking or any prolonged stay.

What followed was an automated email response from the council stating I would receive a reply within 30 days. It has now been well over that period with no communication, no update, and no resolution. This complete lack of accountability and follow-through shows a serious failure in customer service and administrative efficiency.

Ealing Council’s process in this matter has been slow, unresponsive, and unfair, especially considering the delayed notice and the absence of any grace or acknowledgment for first-time, unintentional access in the context of public service work. It feels like a cash-grab operation rather than a genuine attempt to manage traffic or safety.

I strongly urge others to be cautious and aware of the lack of transparency and support when dealing with this council. Based on my experience, Ealing Council has demonstrated a disregard for fairness and due process, and I will be escalating this complaint through formal channels.

Probably the most corrupt leader for taking holiday bribe resigning and then return as leader, promoting incompetent officials, especially Chris Bunting.

Shittest Council, Unreasonable fines

A council just want to make money without taking any responsibility!

No response from council at all when appeal PCN! And they will just charge you late penalty. Tried to connect a real person and unable to do so as well!

as a powerless citizen, I will avoid spending any money in Ealing for my rest of the life.

Greedy scummy council. Only focused on fining people to make money rather than do anything sensible. I had someone hit and run me while i was on my motorbike. When i asked for details of the vehicle from the cctv as he had gone through a no entry. The council were not willing to check. Since then i made it a point to go through the same no entry to see if the cameras work.

3 YEARS SINCE THE ACCIDENT AND NO FOOTAGE FROM THE COUNCIL!!

2 WEEKS AFTER I WENT THROUGH THE NO ENTRY I GET A LETTER WITH CLEAR PHOTOS.

Change of vehicle on resident parking permit: I paid twice as system said payments failed (but I ended being debited twice!). if I log in I'm still linked to previous car. No-one I can talk to / escalate.
