I am extremely disappointed with Ealing Council’s parking enforcement service. It is nearly impossible to contact an agent using any of the phone numbers listed on the website—including the urgent parking enforcement number. After sending appeals via email (both through the website and using the email provided by a phone agent) and through the parking enforcement page, I was told it could take up to 30 working days to receive a response due to a high volume of cases.

Despite numerous attempts to get in touch, I eventually had no choice but to pay the PCN to avoid further escalation. Ironically, I received an immediate email response from an agent the following day. This level of service is unacceptable.

I feel Ealing are purposely disempowerung residents by making it difficult to participate in any protest against their actions. Their websites are similarly un responsive. Garden waste collection is not 12 months long although we pay for this. Local services are generally a shambles and Acton is turning into a high rise he'll. And I voted them in!

The HM Courts & Tribunals Service within North London Magistrates' Court written to Errol Baptiste by confirming that the Travel Cost was granted in his favour after being acquitted at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court on October 22, 2024, in reference to the Court Case Number: 012400584240 that Ealing Council inadvertently failed to comply with a further court orders on December 31, 2024.
The case was London Borough of Ealing v Errol Baptiste related to Protection from Harassment Act 1997 and the case was settled after the Prosecution decided not to offer no evidence and the Defendant was acquitted at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court on October 22, 2024.
Ealing Council is full of contempt towards Errol Baptiste as the Defendant wilfully by breaching the court orders on Non-Payments of Travelling Expenses by appearing twice at Uxbridge Magistrates'Court between June 21, 2024, and October 22, 2024.
The first court appearance which London Borough of Ealing produce a non existence name of another person which the Defendant never heard of that name processed incorrect information on their court documents against Errol Baptiste on June 21, 2024, at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court which the Prosecutor representing London Borough of Ealing was forced to apologise to Errol Baptiste the Defendant and his Representatives and to the District Judge for producing an incorrect court order which the Defendant pleaded not guilty of Harassment on all 3 charges against him.
London Borough of Ealing wilfully breached court orders on Non-Payments of Travelling Payments totally abused the process in their failure to pay the Defendant (Errol Baptiste) was successfully being acquitted at Uxbridge Magistrates'Court on Court Case Number: 012400584240 dated October 22, 2024, and the Council still refusing to pay are losers committed abuse, bribery and corruption with fraud.

Just appalling, immoral money grabbing borough with Orwellian parking attendants and policies. Do not ever drive to Ealing, in fact have nothing to do with this rotten, corrupt borough.

National Audit is the best institution to report any negligence.

I went to the RSPCA today with two big heavy Ikea bags loaded full of good expensive resalable goods and parked in a loading bay outside so that I could deliver to the RSPCA store in the High Street.

After handing the two bags to someone inside I went back to my car and sat planning my journey to another charity store.

Whilst sitting in my car I noticed a traffic warden photographing my car so I drove away.

I had been parked there for no more than five minutes.

I then drove back to the high street attempting to find the over zealous traffic warden and found him in Bond Street.

I stopped and tried to talk to him to explain what I had done. He didn't take any notice of me.

He ignored me and rushed at breakneck speed to the back of my car and started photographing it again.

I will never again attempt to donate to a charity shop in Ealing because of the actions of this cretin.

I hope that traffic warden rots in hell!

Parasites.

This has to be the most problematic borough in the country. I'm unsure if it's due to corruption, but they issue a summons without sending a basic reminder first. It's nearly impossible to reach anyone for help, and after waiting an hour, they just disconnect you. I recommend that people file complaints with the ombudsman for local councils to hold them accountable.

One star too much for the most disgusting organization.I received an incorrect fine because they found an envelope on the street. Although I explained the cause, they said that everyone is responsible for their own things. Yes, really comfortable for them but not if they are taken by someone else from your property. It's stupid, they don't have a contact number, they answer badly, they don't have any other method to discuss such a situation. They just want money at any price their option is to pay if you are not threatened with the court with the consequences with the maximum fine, a stupidity, an organization that works against people.

Great Council. Very Professional, great team of staffs and take issues that arise very serious. I speak very highly throughout Ealing and Greenford on all departments.

I have been trying to get a response from Ealing Building Regs for past year. Neighbour has built outhouse for renting and no site visit or permissions in place
Ealing council have ignored my emails and you cannot get through on the phone. This is why Southall has so many illegal outhouses with poor young people living in disgusting surroundings because this council has allowed it.
I was told by several building companies Ealing Council is the most corrupt council.

They do nothing for residents and communities. Absolutely no investments to improve the lives of residents, apart from the fact that they issue tickets and punish the community for anything. Having medical issues, trouble walking and hearing and automatically qualifying, my request for a disabled badge is rejected every time. It's high time to move out of this place.

I have made a trust pilot account to express my anger towards Ealing council!!! This is not something I normally do but people must be warned of just how unhelpful they reallk are. Dealing with them is not something I’d wish on my worst enemy!!!!

Wanted information on what the code on a PCN i received meant. After an hour going in circles with automatic phone info lines, I finally got through to a man who was SO rude, told me he couldnt tell me what the code was and that I would have to look online (which I told him I had already done.) He then transferred me back to the automatic robot line while I was mid sentence. AND still haven't received a reply to my email about 3 weeks later.

Terrible council service .I have tried to report a car wash going on in public street as a business ,washing cars from 8 am till late afternoon ,causing water waste ,soap and noise control .nobody was able to help me .the person I spoke to ,name Taj in the environment team was not even aware that washing your own car in a public street is prohibited ,let alone washing multiple .she was condescending and not able to take the issue seriously .why is she working in the environmental sector if she does not even care about the pollution and she justifies people whom are causing it .she refused to listen fully and urge me to make a complaint ,even though it never gets acknowledged or responded to .then she admitted that she worked in a call centre .so ,the Council places random people to deal with important issues ,whilst the building is still shut and people are still working from home ,4 years post Pandemic!shameful!!!!

Corrupt most unreliable and bully council, really penalises people who are trying to survive. Many horrible experiences with this council including lying about sending me NOR notice and using tax payers like mine money to threaten with legal proceedings as people can't compete.

If I could rate a zero, I would. I applied for a full birth certificate in June and they took the money 3 days later. Two months later I still have not received my certificate. I left two messages on their phone and their message said they would get back to me within two days. Guess what, yep it never happened. Now I am trying by letter as I do not live near Ealing. Disgusted by their total lack of public availability and their services, although they were quick to take my money.

Do not drive into Pierrepoint rd ealing from either end as I dropped off my son who was working at ST Vincent’s school signage so easily missed hopefully this will help anyone else not to get a fine.
