I am more and more convinced than no one works at Ealing Council. If someone works there, they surely don't do much at all. Always extremely poor service, if you can get hold of anyone at all. Almost no matter what you need help with.

our vehicle broke down engine failed but still we got parking fine and parking officer put the ticket and he didnt put the ticket whom he knows the people
parking officer just msking their commision we all should take ealing council to high court

they are the worst council i wish we will not under ealing council

their website work very fast for taking payment but not for any other things

i pray to god this council will go forever
no sympathy and rules for public but they are very partial if people know people who work for ealing council

I had the worst expirence with ealing council!!
Avoid going to ealing if you can,
In main shoping center they use to close all, all toilets for 1hour on Sunday morning!!

I was doing shoping with my 6 years old soon, he did need use toilet, but they closed all for 1 hour, and that was happennig parently for every Sunday
Shame on you..
Parking officers will give you ticket straigt away with out obserwing vehicle

And Why I Agree its There for Supposed Children Safety Which I Totally Agree With Let's Be Honest It's Manliy There For Ripping The Poor Motorists Off. Also A Few Years Ago Ealing Council Was Going Crazy With Putting Box Junctions Everywhere When The Fines Went to The Council instead of The Police And Because of These illegal Cash Cow Box Junctions The Department of Transport
Made Ealing Council Remove The illegal Money Grappling Box Junctions. Food For Thought. Maybe Some of These Money Robbing Cameras, Could They Also Be Illegal.

The service is not good. They wrote me the following message to reply to my message.

“We do not remove trees because of seasonal fruit fall. Most residents wish to live in a green environment especially so close to one of the most polluting roads in London. No work is planned at present “

My message to them
“Hi, there are so many over grown trees have been disturbing us since we moved in 5 years ago. And now endless acorn falling on our stairs, paths, actually all over the place. My daughter skidded on the stair and fell from it. It was a minor scratches, but could have been a major accident. The noises of them falling and hitting our door also disturbs us especially at night. It was still ok till last winter, but they have grown so much and we don’t have a sun light anymore this year which cause dropping down the temperature in the house, freezing cold! The electricity and gas bill has increased so much and we have to use more of them because of trees. Please get rid of as many huge trees as possible for our neighbours.”

I could have enjoyed the seasonal fruit falling all over our place as they weren’t so harmless. I understand the pollution in the area but the trees covering our roof and endless acorn falling during the season affects our safety and health. Many of our neighbours also complain about trees for years. They should at least do the risk assessment around the place.

Ealing Council does zero for senior citizens that have lived here for 1/2 of a lifetime.
Impossible to speak to a person in person.
Endless waiting on the phone that then drops the connection or redirected endlessly. You can spend days trying to sort out a problem, in the end if by change you get to chat to a human you get told nothing can be done. To say that it is soul crunching is a under statement. The worst customer service from the bottom to senior level. Seems to me it is an infection of greed and money grabbing Council. I give it a zero in reality. This Council is only here to make money of its citizens. The corrupt win.

Trying to change a vehicle for residential parking. Online not recognising number plate. Rang council, very off and abrupt attitude from switchboard, refering me back online. Was informed that they don't take calls. Complaints department sat next to switchboard operative. She knew I had called several times about the website and issues. Call back takes 3 days, email up to 8 days. So far nothing after 4 days. Paying for my replacement car parking pay as you go whilst still paying for old scrapped vehicle.Waiting for a council response.
Have contacted and emailed the Council in the past on other issues, Nameley trees infron of my home, lisfting pavements and causing trip hazzards. Plantng new trees whilst not managing what they already have. Obviously, no response. Ealing Council have the poorest reputation.Well deserved!

As a neighbour of Gypsy corner I’m really appalled at the decision of grant permission last year in April 2023 to build that building complex on the edge of a residential area , let alone to open a cul de sac road as Cloister road so the future residents can pass through. We as resident firmly opposed to open the road as it compromised the security of the current residents . Again , Ealing council ignored the concerns during the consultation . Now more tall buildings are already building and more are on their way changing our landscape , increasing the number of people using public services and opening the road will increase the traffic of people and burglars .

Ealing council is appalling at it's best to say .I have tried to set up a direct debit with my council tax owing which I should pay but the website was down for maintenance twice and I left emails on the contacts forms twice I got no response but a court summons with extra costs .I can't say anything good about the way it is managed .I have no interest in Ealing council anymore because I can now understand why people on the reviews calling them thieves but I choose to say it's poor management and also you look at their parking enforcement officers they sit around or hang around playing on their mobiles and the ones with the little white buggies with camera on top decides to have a good sleep around my neighborhood.
I think the managers at Ealing council are also doing the same .
Enjoy wasting my council tax money as you do.

If I could give this disgusting authority zero stars I would! Me and my children have been left to rot in a 10x12 room in an unsanitary hostel for nearly 18months. My so called housing officer has quit the job and didn’t think to tell me or pass me over to another housing officer to help us get a home! When he was allocated to me he did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! We was allocated a social worker for 6 weeks!!! And was then left to our own devices!! This borough is only for the rich and the ones who have only been in the country for less than 6 months! Our mental health has declined and although I’ve been bidding they haven’t offered me even a one bedroom! Funny how ealing council have a housing crisis but two people I know have been offered a 3 bed house and they didn’t even need to touch a dirty hostel! But we aren’t getting offered a thing! Even something out of London! They leave me to rot! They leave things like arrears until you are in debt for thousands for a hostel that they own! 8 months after receiving my bank statements, they decide to stick me with a bill for over £14,000!! They are absolutely deplorable!! I honestly hate living where I am and it’s almost like they do this so we get into such a bad place we end up committing suicide so they have one less person to deal with!

Poor customer service and lack of communication and experience.

I have had an on going leak for 4 months and no one seems to care. The ceiling collapsed on my child, water damaging everything. Constant washing of things that got wet. Mould growing everywhere. I got asthma still no consideration. I've had to call up everyday waiting hours just to speak to someone. I've had people put the phone down on me after telling them my name and address. My lights in the bathroom and kitchen don't work because of the leak but still more hours waiting on the phone when wates came out and witnessed it. It is getting very dangerous to keep living in this house.

.. I have raised this issue numerous times with the ealing gating services (Elleni Yiangu Gating Officer) for a safer environment where we live. First time I got in touch was almost an year ago and since then I have been given dozens of excuses of either not responding (sometimes a month later) or telling me that they are on top of things and yet no one has ever visited the site.

Our lives have turned into hell with the amount of antisocial behaviour, drug abuse, needles and broken glass lying around, people use the alley way as a toilet and fly tip everyday yet the council has not done a single thing to fix this problem. It's been 7 years since the first time we reported the above list of issues.

Every time I try contacting the council regarding this matter I get brushed aside, thrown between different departments and made to feel as if I am moaning. Every time I try contacting Elleni Yiangu Gating Officer she always encourages me to complaint as if she knows notting will happen yet here I am.

There have been thousands of complaints to the police, thousands of complaints to the council for street cleaning, cleaner streets departments, met antisocial department, a whole year of constantly begging the ealing@gating to do something about it yet we have received zero response. We are living in hell because of incompetent people not being able to their jobs.

If there is still any confusion, I am talking about the alley way behind Horn lane between Morrisons and off King street.

absolutely appalling.. i am going to move out of the UK. councils like Ealing council are the reason. useless service, where it is impossible to speak to a human. all these endless pre-recorded messages...Forget trying to speak to a human when it comes to parking permits. In the meantime they will fine you every day..

Website is uselss. Im trying to figure how much my council tax is and cant even view my account. When you call up they never answer the phone unless you call about 10 times. Worst council i've come across in London. Website seems like it was made in the 90s

Terrible customer service in the housing benefit department, they have a can’t be ask attitude it’s appalling, and it’s been going on for years, there are only a handful for of good apples in that department.

I gave 1 star because you can't give 0. I think the average rating is quite telling.

Ealing council are, in every aspect, an absolute waste of space and funds.

They do nothing, they're not proactive, they're not reactive either. It takes them weeks if not months to respond. Their website doesn't work, it looks like it was built in the 90s. If you try to reach out to a person because of this, good luck because they're all either too stupid or too lazy to help, I couldn't tell which but it doesn't really matter.

I feel bad for the people who need support from the council because they're clearly not competent to do their job properly.

Absolute joke, I didn't think a governing council would stop me from choosing to live in a certain area but well done, you achieved it!

I have been living in London for a long time and I moved to Ealing and this is by far my worst experience with a council. Extortionate monthly amount to pay for an appalling service. A complete disgrace for the honest taxpayer. Where does the money go???
The website is chaotic on many levels.. I unfortunately don’t have any compliments to give, no one seems to care or look at the majority of negative reviews. It’s high time to act positively and improve massively the service for the general interest and the taxpayers who work hard and deserve a good quality service. The management needs to take into account all those comments!

I have been a tenant since 1984. I am registered disabled and vulnerable, and I am a pensioner. I have been without the use of the only toilet on the property for 5 days, and had 5 different "repairs" people come to "fix" the issue, only to be told that they didn't have the right tools, or that they weren't the right team. I am put on hold for at least an hour every time I call. The customer service team are unsympathetic, with no sense of urgency or care. Because of the anxiety and worry of not being able to use the toilet, and being a renal patient, I have ended up in hospital because I have had not had use of a toilet. Ealing council, and the people they contract their repairs too, see and speak to us like third class citizens, have no sense of care, professionalism or duty. The 'Manager', who I have no clue of, has been "told about the situation and is dealing with it". Thank you for nothing, Ealing council, I am back in hospital due to your utter lack of care

It’s terrible, you can’t even pay for a parking fine and the customer service is poor. I know everyone’s got their problems but I really think that a council should brush up on there skills not everyone perfect
