The worst council I came across!
It's super expensive! I lived in a beautiful area of Putney and paid for two bedroom flat £80,here for 1bedroom it's nearly £200!
I also change the gym and joined Acton Center and my gosh it's a nightmare! It's run by Ealing Council!
Dirty place,old and missing equipment,broken toilets and lockers and the roof of the swimming pool is leaking when it's raining!!!
I made many complaints to the gym together with a lot of people who are also a members and we are just being ignored.
Putney Leisure Centre changed all the machines, exchange the gym equipment,refreshed it and did not even put the price up!
I was forced to pay extra as it was impossible to even book the classes! And for this condition!
You are taking so much money and you can't even provide a healthy environment at the gym!
Disgraceful!!!

I would say im pretty IT literate (I am a computer programmer) but Ealing council website is almost unnavigable unless you know exactly where things are to begin with (which we don't). Documents don't upload, there is little communication and there is very little in the way to actually to talk to an individual who knows what to do

Hammersmith and Fulham Council is the Absolute Best in London.Ealing is terrible the state of the pavement and rubbish everywhere. Perivale is a damp with residents that don't care about the environment also home owners tend to alter the character of the houses with ugly. Home improvements.dpring 2025 we are leaving.

This is the worst council in London, you cannot contact anyone I have tried to change my address online but It doesn't work a nightmare. Don't even let me start about the rubbish....I can go on and on and on!!!!

Spent approximately an hour trying to complain about builders waste on the pavement got to end of form then bombed out .

Makes you wonder if they "act" the way they are, or they just are a simple bunch of ignorant thieves?
Not surprised to see all bad reviews about them and that they don't care what public thinks of them. Had a nasty experience with Ealing Council and if you can- avoid them.

worst council tax team on earth, keep sending me letters even after i made my payments + on my previous payments added extra charge. i really think whoever is in charge of this team should be fired ASAP.

Also please refrain from sending threatening letters because you are in the wrong, may God serve justice to you

I am a landlord and I believe I have let my property to the council of the Ealing for almost three years now. However since the interest rate on my mortgage gone up and I couldn’t afford to pay my mortgage on this property, I have decided to sell the house. I have contacted the agent who arranged the let and requested to notify the council about my decision. (Also, when I visited the property to find out if they had any news of any relocation plans, I have realised that the house is totally unsuitable for this family anyway!!!)
For while I didn’t receive any response from the agent, then I found the name of the person in council who arranged the let. Mrs Maxine Hamilton, to request relocating the tenants so I could sell the house. I have sent a email to Maxine Hamilton an email to request the tenancy agreement to find out the date that the tenancy expires. And to discussing the situation as I don’t wish to make any family homeless, but I am making loss on this property which I can’t afford to maintain anymore. However, since I had no reply, I found her number from council and called her. I had the most unpleasant conversation with this lady. The call was made on this number 02088255633 on Thursday 21 September at 16:15. I tried to explain my circumstances, she was so unpleasant and said the contract is between the council and the agent and she will not discuss the matter with me. And when I said this is my house, she told me to take a legal action!! I told her I hope this call is recorded she said; “I am not going to carry on with this conversation and you are not a nice person!!” and put the phone down.
Now I have received a “none completed” tenancy agreement.
The Date is unclear. One date is only 2021.. the other 18th December 2020.

Please help me, I don’t know how I can move forward from this?
Me and these tenants deserve answers and proper treatment from Ealing council.

They care very little about their residents. We pay very high council tax, yet the rubbish collection service is the worst I've experienced in London. If your bin happens to be overflowing on
because you have a little extra rubbish they will simply ignore and leave it on collection days.

This costumer service has abusive advisers who clearly hate their job, hate people, and when asked questions, shout at costumers like we are animals. No empathy at all. We want clarifications and instead of receiving answers we are harrassed. Worst costumer service in this country. They need 0

I am sick of Ealing council doing whatever they want to do. They make up their own rules and we have no power to challenge. I made my 3rd complaint about their service on the 3rd July. The first two responses they made up reasons to cover themselves and dismissed my complaints. Last complaint I’m yet to get a response. They took money out of my account without my permission. They are crooks.

Ealing council charge for my two bedroom flat £184 per month, which outrageous!! I live in W3 and the rubbish is overflowing; the flies are having endless parties! Absolutely disgusting!

My father always said: the ‘poorer’ the local councils are, the more council tax they charge, the more incompetent the local MPs are (read Private Eye magazine), in comparison to the rate other local People living in other areas pay I.e. Hammersmith and Fulham.

The PRS Licensing Team are amazing. I am so impressed particularly with Anne-Marie Joseph. And the rest of the team responded to my query within 24 hours. Keep it up guys!

They all conspire against a person who is homeless and vulnerable, they pic the worst Narcissist employees..

They are out for the bonus they can get for sending people out of London,

I was once sent to the ends of the earth 🌍 to stay with my son, and I had no support there 👎🏾 and when I refused because I have no support there they tried to make me look like I needed psychiatric evaluation.

After I got an evaluation done .. ✅

The psychiatrist said there was nothing wrong with me … 😊

They conspired with the lady at the home I was moved to to pretend to welcome me, she signed into my universal credit and typed a change of circumstance on my journal , to make it look like I have accepted the home, in which they never mentioned to me had a scary basement that was haunted ..

I refused the house and they alternatively put me in a home with nightmare neighbours who torment my son and I everyday .

They don’t even care about the fact that I have a health condition that the torment from my neighbours was affecting my health..

These people who work here are the worst employees 👎🏾 who are out to just work less and get payed salary that they do not deserve 👎🏾

If you have Health condition, they will make it worse for you 👎🏾 All I have to say for these people is KARMA ☝🏾 EXISTS ☝🏾 GOD is watching ☝🏾

Tried contacting council tax department. None of the menu options on the call portal were working and after repeating itself one more time delightfully says 'goodbye' and cuts you off. So I dialled the switchboard operator number and after enunciating the word 'operator' the automated response asked me 'which type of tree I have an issue with'. Eventually get through to the switchboard operator who directs me back to the call portal, and so it goes on.... Basically I can't even get in the queue to experience a lovely 45 minute wait for a human voice. Glad I'm leaving the area and will never have to deal with them again.

We have contacted Ealing Council about a dangerous and overhanging tree that was due a huge overhaul and pruning 5 YEARS AGO. The incompetent Council have pruned other smaller non dangerous trees and chosen to ignore this one. The too branches are resting and disturbing our roof tiles, photos have been sent yet to no avail. The tree trunk has spilt and has diseased. A horticultural expert has said the trunk could spilt fully and the tree will then fall onto our houses. This would mean Ealing Council would have to rebuild our home.

Ealing council helpline services are really bad.I have received a CC notice without having my first PCN notice and to discuss this matter I have tried to call number provided on the website but no luck it’s an IVR air goes on and on….

It’s really frustrating that I cannot even talk with one of the representatives from Ealing council. I have emailed them as well but no luck I cannot believe we are living in 2023 with outdated system.

Found it extremely frustrating dealing with department managers, senior management and directors. They take the word of contractors who damaged my property over mine, even suggesting I was claiming for slready damaged property. Council survey indicates 72% resident satisfaction. Why is yhat reflected here? That is statistics for you.
Front line staff are helpful though not necessarily trained to speak the same language those in so called power do.

Received a PCN for driving down one of those ridiculous "resident only streets between 15:00-16:00". I was completely unfamiliar to the area trying to find my way around in torrential rain. So missed their purposely subtle signage.
Appealed the fine, but the crooks at Ealing Council werent having it. We all know these restrictions are merely there to con unsuspecting honest people out of money. It's not right and it's disgusting that councils should be allowed to get away with this blatant robbery.

i never recieved any pcn until the fine was doubled up to £195.00 so i sent an appeal online to which they upheld the decision so refused to charge original amount which would have been £90.00 , and today 22/5/23 i have got a charge notice for £195.00 to northampton county court ,, as ever no humans work in Ealing Council so cannot even speak to a human < its all appauling service from ealing borough council , i will update the outcome as soon as i get it , .
