Website not functioning again! There is little, or no, chance of actually being able to talk to anybody at Ealing but why encourage residents to conduct their council business online when Ealing Council online services are so often not working or incredibly slow? Chronically bad!!
Trinity park (Acton ) owned by Ealing
Today just was terrible day I was walking in a park with my wife and 9 month old son which is owned by Ealing council (trinity way park ) … firstly the park is not maintained at all … secondly it’s not publicly controlled . Reason why I’m saying this is because … when we decided to go to the park as the weather being very hot which the date was 10/7/2022 . There was some rude young people shouting at us and another family member . For no absolutely reason as if the park was owned by them . That park supposed to be designed for family and kids to go and enjoy not for drug addicts and misbehaving people who just swears at you while your having your 9 months old son in the park … reason why I’m posting this is because of you will go to other parks owned by other council everything is well organised but looks like in this park it’s not organised … you should have some sort of enforcement patrolling the area as it is totally not safe for families with there babies …. If the council does not sort this out because I have all the proof needed with footage of video I will take this to the higher authority…. EALING COUNCIL SHOULD and I repeat SHOULD be looking after there environment and people leaving there not being able to not go to the park or else where because someone could wake up arguing at you or threatening you for no absolute reason …. EALING COUNCIL please take this serious …. Help us so we can help you !!!!!

Ealing Council is one of the most disgusting Borough. When you phone the them they don't answer the phone they put n a automatic message and they tell you to and line .I try to them over two weeks each day cont though to them last kept the phone ringing for over three hours until I felt asleep. Then one African man answer I explained to him I need help I cannot afford to pay and what help can I get .I am working full-time however by the time I pay rent all my wages gone .he didn't care he didn't wanted to know. How terrible these departments work and it is apart of the government.

Greediest Council Award - 5 Years Running
Unequivocally the greediest council I've ever known.
The particular issue I take (there are many to choose from) is the money grabbing going on from motorists. In Milton Road where I live we had a propaganda letter circulated (full colour, multi page pamphlet style) from the council a few years back trying to convince us that paid parking permits in the road would be a good idea. No-one agreed, at least that I spoke to, and I spoke to quite a few. The claim was that the road was congested and this measure would relieve the congestion. Never mind the fact that it was congested because the council had made all the surrounding roads into paid parking! They pushed the changes through regardless of the feedback from their letter - undoubtedly the letter itself was merely some kind of legal formality. Congestion in the road was identical before and after. My neighbours feel the same having been fined multiple times for dropping their son off near the station. There is nowhere to do this safely and with good reason! How else would they fine people? They're not stupid. Live in a nice road and the streets are paved beautifully. Live where I do and the pavements are like an Escher painting. Trees die and are pulled out and tarmac'd over instead of replaced.
If you drive in Ealing: BE WARNED! BE WARNED! BE WARNED! Hyper-vigilance is the price of driving here without paying exorbitant parking fines. You may not stop to think or hesitate while on the road, heaven forbid stop to let someone out safely. It's a shame that ephedrine is illegal because a couple of big lines of it would be just the ticket for the kind of hyper-vigilant paranoia required to ensure you don't fall foul of the arbitrary and unnecessary rules constantly being invented by the council and enforced by hidden or not so hidden camera. The latest money trap is in Montague Avenue. One can only imagine how much money they've raked in from it in just a week. Don't even waste your breath challenging fines, the response is inevitably the same.
Few people inspire such pure hatred in me but Ealing Council, congratulations. I'm sure (hopeful?) that some good people do work there but as an entity overall and as a driver, they are utterly deplorable, despicable, loathsome. I can't wait to move away. Reading some of the other scathing and articulate letters of contempt here is my solace. We are united in our disgust.
The receptionist that is in today…
The receptionist that is in today Tuesday 24th May at 2pm was rude and put the phone down when I was asking for the numbers to press when I call the council tax number. Not impressed at all. You shouldn't be an operator if you are impatient and want to get people off the line.
Useless, annoymous, zero accountability.
They protect themselves from sorting out issues. They never phone back. It's an annoymous organisation that has zero accountability despite all the surveys we fill in to give them feedback. Typically you leave a request on the website and it disappears into the ether never to be mentioned again unless you then put in hours of chasing up by phone or in person. A truly useless council.
Globalist wannabes
These reviews are a chilling indictment of systemic failure. This council is pushing the 2030 Agenda, and what concerns me is that they aspire to have a much higher population density through planning developments like Manhattan project or Acton for example, when it's clearly unsustainable and not competent at providing existing services. Want to waste a day queuing up at the offices to speak to a human? Get in line. Want to get onto the website to book something? Website is down again. Want to complain on the phone about something? Not able to help. Whether it's noise pollution from Big Development or bailiffs chasing an already paid bill, this has got to be the most shining example of corrupted incompetence and systemic failure in our over burdened reality. These arrogant buffoons claiming to represent us have forgotten who their masters are, I'm literally too disgusted to get into the specific reasoning for my own personal review, but this time it's become clear to me how the workers are measured on performance, and it isn't by the feedback for services or quality. When you worship the coin you become Satan. Disgusting, shame on you all
Since this January
Since this January, when I have moved into new apartment, I’m trying to get a hold of them regarding council tax bills, now where do I begin..
The web site (that they always refer to) is useless, the information is either hidden somewhere or most times not existent at all.
There is no straight forward explanation of the taxing neither on web site nor in printed mail.
The bills are sporadic and not clear, first one was for three months, another for a year (I’m surprised it’s not for my whole life period).
After altering things online there is no confirmation via email, printed mail, or on my personal account- as well nothing.
Trying to call them is the other level of frustration- after 40 minutes on hold, two minutes of conversation (that felt like I’m being offered a huge favour for it) the operator sounded as if he spoke from the other room, more so, during the conversation he just hung up..
So still nothing.
Anyone knows- maybe I should just not pay them until they find time to speak?

I heard some individual in housing department are taking bribe in order to get you housed, which is pathetic and unbelievable because the ones that needs to be housed don’t get any assistance and the ones not eligible gets housing within Ealing, I personally think HR should step in and break down all the diversions within Ealing council.
Trying to get through to Council Tax…
Trying to get through to the Council Tax dept is an absolute nightmare. Not everything can be resolved by an automated machine system. There are many issues for which there are no options and customers are cut off when told to wait to speak to a member of staff if too many are already waiting in the queue. Absolutely outrageous!
This begs the question- if everything can be done through the voicemail system and online, why are we paying huge council tax bills if there are no staff employed to deal with customers? Surely costs should be low - no staff therefore no office building required etc.
Lets get back to the old style service delivery where customer service comes first. Is that too much to ask? Lets not use Covid as an excuse to shut everything down. Feel extremely sorry for those who are not IT familiar. An extremely frustrating experience!

COUNCIL WHO IS JUST INTERESTED TO MAKE MONEY BY ISSUING PENALTY CHARGES.AFTER RECEIVING LETTER ON 17/12/2021, I WROTE TO THE COUNCIL, HAD NO REPLY AFTER 5 WEEKS. DID SEND THEM SECOND REMINDER,STILL NO REPLY TO MY THIRD LETTER AND THEY HAVE SENT ME ANOTHER LETTER DEMANDING PAYMENT OF £195 AS I DID NOT PAY £65, AND WROTE THEM LETTER DISPUTING THE CHARGES.HAD NO REPLY EVEN AFTER 3 LETTERS WRITTEN TO THE COUNCIL STILL NO REPLY TILL TODAY 20/04/2022.THIS MATTER HAS EFFECTED MY WIFE'S HEALTH WHO IS DISABLE AND SHE WAS DRIVING THE CAR WHEN THE PENALTY CHARGES WERE ISSUED. COUNCIL HAS NO CARE FOR PEOPLE.

Ealing parking services is a money making, for profit generating racket, you'll understand why; when you receive a PCN, they have a very efficient automated phone & online service for collecting money but very difficult to appeal or dispute them, in addition the automated phone service will make you want to give up on life
Their parking charges/restrictions/permits/LTNs/,over zealous traffic wardens have ruined Ealing, Southall, Greenford Broadway, hanwell, pitshanger high street businesses have been affected by their implementation
Ealing parking services is in the top 5 councils in the UK for generating revenue from PCN's. Where is that money going?
All the council property's like the libraries, car parks which have been sold privately to developers; everywhere you blink there's a new development and hyper developements like around north acton station which are being sold to the highest bidder, the council must be swimming in cash
You need to lower your expectations so that the disappointment wont come as a surprise; the council is just run like a business
Appalling customer service from Ealing Council
I have tried over 10 times to get through to the council tax department on the phone. I have an account but cannot find a way of doing online what I need to do and I am not stupid. It is the worst hub I have ever experienced. I simply cannot communicate with anyone, and just when I think I might be able to speak to someone I get a message saying all their operatives are busy and to try again later. There is limit to how many times a resident can do this and stay sane. Ealing needs to have a big review of its customer service. They are quick to tell you that you need to pay your council tax but impossible to communicate with if you wish to stop paying for a valid reason. I think the service deserves zero stars. As for the review in which an employee highly rates his bosses, he should try being a resident.

Ealing Council has been closed for long time, and I don't know why??
When I call the Council, they talk rude as if I Interrupted their afternoon sleep, and try to send me to irrelevant departments just to get rid of me.
I pay £2500 per annum in Council tax for what??
I can't even find a person to talk about my ongoing issue of neighbour from hell who's dumped tons of rubbish partly on my driveway for the last 6 months. I filled a form on council's website a month & half ago with acknowledged reference number. But no one seems to find my complain.
This Council is disgrace.

The ultimate slum landlords. Unable to abide by their own policies never mind the law. I have email evidence of being groomed by their staff at a very young age. They have had me living in a broken down, mouldy, infested over crowded property for ten years and refuse to respond to any formal complaints or follow through with their own complaints procedure. Never mind repairing anything or adequately housing anyone. Avoid for your own mental health because Ealing Council encourage their staff to make you suicidal after having to deal with the imbeciles employed there

Wow! I have just come off the phone with a council tax advisor and I am still shaken! Not because I have to pay the council tax :) but because the way I have been treated! The person I spoke to showed a total lack of communication skills, demonstrating his superiority throughout. He made me feel uneasy for no reason as if he was getting some sick pleasure out of it! He had spoken over me without letting me explain the purpose of my query, he appeared unsympathetic and arrogant throughout. It did not matter what I had to say, he continued in his patronizing voice making me feel more and more downhearted. Was this really necessary? Absolute nightmare. Are there robots employed in that council?? What a hostile place!
I live outside London and only had to deal with the coucil tax matter following my farther's death, hopefully I will never have to contact this particular council again as this has left me with a bitter feeling.
