Habe mir eine Gürteltasche von Eastpack gekauft
nach Drei Jahren ist der reissverschluss gerissen
Ich sollte auf meine Kosten die Tasche zur garantieabteilung in Polen schicken der Versand kostet mich 15 Euro also lohnt sich nicht Hotline geht nie einer ran 30 Jahre Garantie ist ein Lacher

Un service client qui n'a aucune considération pour ces clients mon premier et dernier achat chez eux j'ai commandé un sac à 120€ chez eux je le retrouve à 60€ chez l'un de leurs revendeur je pose la question au service client pour savoir comment ça se fait et si ils font un geste par rapport à ça le conseiller du service client (Adberamane) osé me dire que ce n'est pas sûr qu'il soit authentique sur le site du revendeur on parle tout de même de citadium qui fait partie du groupe printemps donc de la contrefaçon chez eux j'en doute du coup il m'a dit d'aller l'acheter là bas sans rien me proposer ben du coup j'ai demandé un retour. Afin d'être remboursé Eastpak n'est vraiment pas commerçant et votre conseiller devrait repartir en formation la manière dont il m'a répondu j'ai les captures d'écran qui le prouve.

Die Garantie ist absolut nichts wert.
Nach Ablauf der gesetzlichen Gewährleistung und ca. 4 Jahre nach dem Kauf blättert die Innenbeschichtung einer Gürteltasche ab, weil offenbar die angepriesene Qualität wohl doch unzureichend ist. Dieser Mangel ist von der 30 Jahre Garantie natürlich ausgeschlossen. Nie wieder ein Produkt von Eastpak.

Je rejoins les commentaires négatifs du sac eastpak pinnacle acheté à Bureau Vallée rentrée septembre 2024. Certes en soldes mais tout de même, avec la réputation de la marque, je suis très déçue. Et le SAV sans commentaires..... Le sac est usé sur les côtés, pas du tout étanche, et le fond pas renforcé du tout. A fuir
La qualité, je pense c'est comme tout, à la baisse complètement !!!!

My case was faulty, I returned it in April and I still haven't got a replacement or a refund and am getting no response from customer service now. I'm out of pocket and have nothing except frustration to show for it. Think carefully before you buy!

un sac neuf dont la brettelle se decout au bout de moins de un an, je le renvoie en pensant que j'aurai au moins un bon d'achet pour la garantie.

que nini! "j'ai mal renvoyé mon article", en téléchargeant une étiquette normale alors que je devais télécharger une étiquette garantie..
*Mais sur le site, ce sont les mêmes!!! bref une belle arnaque..

Wish I’d read these reviews before buying. Wheel damaged and it’s impossible to get anything from Eastpak. Won’t repair it (I followed the website and sent it to their repair destination in London). Emails say it’s repaired but arrived back with a note ‘sorry, can’t repair’! Won’t send me a new wheel to repair myself (offered to pay). Utterly frustrating and useless. Have replaced with Briggs & Riley. Will not buy again.

Jamais vu des sacs d'aussi mauvaise qualité !
Vu le prix d'origine (70 euros) j'aurais apprécié que celui-ci tienne toute l'année scolaire. Aucun renfort sur le bas ce qui fait qu'il est déjà complètement déchiré, la fermeture se coince sans arrêt dans la doublure. Je préfère mettre 2 fois moins cher et avoir un sac de qualité...

Eastpak wirbt mit guter Qualität und teils länger Garantielaufzeit. Im Garantiefall wurde mein Rucksack schlicht unrepariert zurückgesendet. Das ganze etwas in der Mitte der Garantiezeit.
Die Hotline für Garantiefälle sagt "Dazu können wir nichts sagen"
Insgesamt ist es somit ein stark überteuertes Produkt von schlechter Qualität und einem unterirdischen Kundenservice.

Die 30Jahre Garantie ist echt ein Witz. Habe den großen Rollkoffer und das Innenfutter ist an verschiedenen Nähten eingerissen. Jetzt soll ich den großen Koffer nach Polen einschicken. Habe garnicht so einen großen Karton und der Versand ist auch nicht günstig. Somit hat sich das erledigt. Da kann man ja schön mit der langen Garantie Zeit werben wenn die Abwicklung so kompliziert wird dass man es dann einfach bleiben lässt

Bought a case in October and after only one holiday one wheel is starting to disintegrate. Apparently, this is not a warranty issue. The other 3 wheels are fine so obviously the fault is a defective part. However, I have been told it is a wear and tear issue. Rip off, overpriced company. Don't use them!

Das Unternehmen wirbt mit 30 Jahren Garanie - bei Beschwerden bezüglich der sich ablösenden Beschichtung heißt es aber von Seiten Eastpaks nur, bei Produkten älter als zwei Jahren sei das eine normale Verschleißerscheinung falle nicht mehr unter Garantie. Eine Telefonnummer für die Garantie-Abteilung gibt es keine. Absolut nervig und da mir das nicht zum ersten Mal passiert ist war das mit Sicherheit meine letzte Eastpak Tasche.

The warranty department (based in Poland) told me that a broken wheel on a suitcase is not covered by the 30 years warranty. They made me pay £21 on 29th of October 2024. It's 2nd of May 2025 and I have still not received the suitcase. Apparently they are investigating with UPS why is it taking so long! Ridiculous service!

Fermeture éclair cassée en moins de 2 semaines d'utilisation normae sur un sac acheté neuf sur internet.
J'ai payé l'envoi de mon sac pour une réparation.
En retour j'ai eut la surprise de recevoir le sac réparé.
Réparé certes, mais alors d'une manière dégueulasse. C'est immonde.
Je déconseille la marque.
Peut-être jouent-ils sur une réputation. Elle n'est pas du tout justifiée dans mon cas.
J'ai gardé un sac d'une marque inconnue 10 ans. Rien n'a jamais été cassé ou abîmé et l'usure s'est faite sur le tissu, normal.

Eastpak claim a guarantee for 30 yrs. our bag handle broke on its first use. Sent back to Eastpak. Absolutely no communication. I had to chase and chase to be told it had reached their warehouse but I needed to deal with their warranty department and the only way was by email. Again no communication. Finally after numerous phone calls to the warehouse they claimed they could not send a replacement as my bag was not in stock. Although the website confirmed it was. I was told not to go by the website but by the warehouse. Another week and I’m informed I will get a refund and not a replacement and that to the sale price I paid. Another week and I’m asked after chasing for all my bank details including IBAN numbers etc etc . Finally today I receive a refund less than the price I paid. A joke. Read the reviews before purchasing. There are better companies out there that look after their customers. Come on Eastpak the very least you should have done is replaced the bag!

I have made numerous purchases from Eastpak’s website, been very happy with all of them and not returned anything nor had any issues. The online store has a great selection of products with appealing designs and well designed collaborations. This is why I generally purchase directly from Eastpak instead of another retailer stocking Eastpak products.

Everything I have purchased from them has been reasonably priced and manufactured to a higher standard than a number of other brands at a similar price point or higher that market themselves as luxury brands. Several of my Eastpak products have been used on an almost daily basis for years and have proven themselves to be durable with quality zips as well as being comfortable to use, even when packed full and heavy.

Whilst I would prefer the items to be made from recycled or upcycled materials and manufactured more locally, they are no different to many others in a similar or higher price point.

I have been using Eastpak products for well over a decade, still own all of them and they’re all in great condition so the durability and continued use play an important part in the sustainability of any item. Eastpak are certainly on my shortlist for future purchases with some of the designs making them a far more interesting option than many other alternatives.

¡¡¡ FRAUDE !!!! Compro Tranverz XXS porque mide 45 cm, para viajar con Easyjet (al menos 3 viajes al año) y me multan en el aeropuerto con 48 GBP porque la maleta NO CABE en lo que tienen para medir: la maleta mide más de 46 cm. Reclamo a Eastpack y me dicen que las medidas corresponden al interior de la maleta. ¡Menudo chiste! NUNCA MÁS.

Eastpack se targue de garantir ses produits a vie mais fait payer son sav a prix d or.pour une valise a 4 roues,eastpack a refusé de m'envoyer une des roues deffectueuses et j ai été obligé de leur envoyer la valise et ils m ont remplacé les 4 roues alors qu une seule était cassée.cout de l'opération,près de 80e pour une roue qui n en vaut pas plus de 12.

La fermeture de mon son Eastpak PADDED s'est bloquée et impossible à décoincer.
C'est le 3ème sac Eastpak que j'ai et qui a toujours le même problème avec le tissus coincé dans la femeture.
Ça sera également le dernier sac de cette marque que j'aurais acheté.

Service commerciale déplorable.
Je devais m'acheter un sac sur leur site.
Au moment de la commande je constate que je ne sais pas mettre de numéro de TVA.
Avant de finaliser la commande je me rend sur la page FAQ de leur site qui stipule que pour avoir une facture avec TVA, il faut envoyer une demande via la page contact après la commande et qu'on nous enverra une facture.
J'ai donc fait confiance et acheté le sac.
Par la suite, ils m'ont répondu qu'il ne pouvait pas faire une facture car j'en ai reçu une (automatique) en achetant sur le site.
Et depuis, impossible de recevoir la bonne facture, même en mettant en avant mes droits du consommateur.
J'en suis donc réduit à devoir envoyé une plainte au service fédéral finance pour obtenir une facture !!! ABSURDE !
Je n'achèterai plus là bas et je leur conseille de développer un site un peu plus pro... avec possibilité de mettre de la TVA !
