I thought as I was buying from a reputable company Iwill get my refund if needed. Not true! I have tried to contact Eastpak customer service multiple times and have had no response. I am going to take this up with the ombudsman.

Habe ein Rucksack im Angebot bestellt als Weihnachtsgeschenk.
Packet angekommen sah alles gut aus nach 2 Tagen fällt auf das die Innentasche nicht ordentlich zugenäht ist.Eastpack direkt kontaktiert übers Formular nach 2 Tagen die Rückmeldung bekommen:
Wir können derzeit keinen Umtauschservice anbieten, eine Rücksendung ist jedoch einfach und kostenlos möglich.

Also den Rucksack aus dem Angebot zurück schicken dann ne Woche auf das Geld warten und neu bestellen ohne Angebot und doppelte Versandkosten zahlen?
Falls der Rucksack nicht wieder für ein halbes Jahr nicht auf Lager ist....
Eastpak stand mal für Qualität und super Kundendienst anscheinend ist das Geld wichtiger geworden....

Tas heb ik redelijk op tijd gekregen, maar is kleiner dan verwacht dus wil hem retourneren en een grotere bestellen. Er zit geen retourformulier bij en wil ik hem op de website als retour aanmelden, krijg ik de volgende melding:

We hebben te maken met operationele onderbrekingen en kunnen momenteel geen e-commerce bestellingen uitvoeren. Als je onlangs een bestelling hebt geplaatst of geretourneerd, kan de verwerking vertraging oplopen. We doen er alles aan om weer op schema te komen en klaar te zijn voor de feestdagen. Het spijt ons voor het ongemak en we stellen je geduld op prijs.

Dus met andere woorden ze doen helemaal niks en ik moet wachten tot de website het weer doet??
Echt zoiets heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt!!

Rilevato un evidente difetto di fabbricazione, mi viene riconosciuto il diritto, in regime di garanzia, alla riparazione del prodotto. Vengo informato, peró, del fatto che la spedizione presso il centro di ripristino in Germania (sic! ) sarà a mio carico.
Ho speso meno acquistando uno zaino nuovo di altro marchio di fascia di prezzo più accessibile.
Garanzia "trentennale" solo nominale, ma, di fatto, non fruibile.

Sehr schlechte Retouren Abwicklung.

Dauert eine ewigkeit.

30 Jahre Garantie - oder 30 Tage?

Der Eastpak Rucksack (neu 50€) wurde viel benutzt. Wegen leichter Gebrauchsspuren habe ich mir eine Reklamation erspart. Nun hat sich der Reisverschluss aufgrund der Verarbeitungsfehler verabschiedet.

Also an Eastpak gesendet - Garantie abgelehnt - Reisverschluss gibts keine Garantie - aber laut Mail wurde der Rest "repariert".

Warum auch nicht - wer rennt nicht mit einem Rucksack rum der nicht mehr zu geht^^*.

Kurz, warum X Sterne:
- Garantie existiert nicht
- Trotz RMA Formular wird nachgefragt - wozu dann das Formular!?
- sinlose Reparaturen die dann am besten der Kunde auch noch bezahlen soll.

Nun wird der Rucksack sinnlos repariert und dann verbrannt. Super Leistung Eastpak.

Witziger Funfact - Galaria Kaufhof wollte 20!!! € für die Bearbeitung btw. das Einsenden haben - weil sie Ihren EIGENEN KASSENBON nicht mehr entziffern können. Das nennt man Service - man sollte echt seinen Rechtsschutz mehr ausnutzen... .

I tried inquiring about a product a few times, but I was ignored. Eastpak doesn't seem to be the most customer-friendly company.
Still, haven't heard back from them but to be honest, I don't care anymore.

I bought a bag online about 6 weeks ago. It’s still sitting in my hallway. 3 visits to drop off at collection points (that lie to prevent you leaving it with them) and 3 days wasted waiting in for a collection with a different company and it’s still there. Eastpak refuse to refund the money, refuse to rectify their weak returns arrangements that leave customers hanging on. Hugely regret ever having bought from these people. They seem to think we all sit in waiting for them to arrange a collection time after time of no show. Personally I’ll be buying from a brand that treats customers with respect and have a returns process that is fit for purpose. Still unresolved waste of time customer service claiming they are escalating only for us to be in the same continual conversation.

J'ai reçu de mes enfants un sac de voyage (souple et sans roulettes) que j'utilise max 3 fois par an. Après quelques années (4 ou 5 ans) la membrane intérieure caoutchoutée se décolle (par petits morceaux) du tissu extérieur avec pour conséquence que tous mes vêtement sont remplis de petits morceaux de caoutchouc. Refus de garantie de Eastpack alors que le revendeur reconnait que c'est un défaut manifeste.
Gêné par le refus de Eastpack le revendeur m'a fait une super remise sur l'achat d'un nouveau sac (d'une marque concurrente bien entendu.
Plus jamais Eastpack.
Leur garantie de 30 ans est mensongère

Bonjour.
Fermetures éclairs cassées déchirés. Le sav nous demande 34 EUR pour la réparation. Alors qu'ils sont garanties 30 ans. C'est simplement se moquer des Gens. Mais bon aucun problème on s'est fait avoir pour avoir acheté ce sac hors de prix. C'est fini nous achèterons jamais plus cette marque et n'oublierons pas le bouche a oreille de leur faire une excellente publicité. Nous sommes juste honteux de nous être fait escroquer de la sorte en achetant ce sac.

I bought the limited addition Andy Warhol bags and back pack. The zip was damaged / broken on one of the bags during a recent holiday. I contacted eastpac regarding a repair and they were completely unhelpful. No help with a return box, no help with a return label, no help with organising a courier. It’s your problem was their attitude. The 30 some year warranty is in practice, worthless. The bag is only a few years old and is being repaired by a local company at my expense. Beware.

Plus rien à voir avec la qualité d'avant. Mon fils (très soigneux) a eu la tirette cassée au bout de 2 ans d'utilisation. Plus de garantie, il faut payer la réparation ! J'ai donc appris que n'étaient plus garantis les trous d'usure et les tirettes, bref, tout ce qui rend un sac inutilisable. À quoi bon acheter ces sacs hors de prix si seules les coutures sont garanties 30 ans ? Aucune raison d'acheter Eastpak qui fait sa pub sur sa fameuse garantie 30 ans qui ne garantit pas grand chose. On trouve mieux pour moins cher.

Sac à dos cher, poches intérieures mal agencées et surtout absolument la toile n'est absolument pas imperméable. Je pensais que c'était une marque de qualité. Erreur : vraiment de la piètre qualité surtout au prix vendu (59€). Seules les fermetures éclair ont l'air acceptable.

I bought an Eastpak duffle about 3 years ago that generally held up pretty well; but this summer the slider on an outside zipper came off. Eastpak supposedly has a 30 year warranty on their bags, that is obviously to lure customers in. Even though zippers should be covered, they asked me to send the bag to their ‘expert’ centre in Poland at my own expense, to pay customs fees, and of course the postage back to me and worse of all, they send me a price list as it is their ‘local experts’ that will decide only after they have seen the bag (even though I provided many clear pictures) if they will cover it under the warranty.
So, either Eastpak is running some kind of false marketing or they simply don’t understand the concept of a warranty. Please just pay the extra money and go buy yourself a brand that is worth it.

sac qui s'abime trop vite, service après vente qui ne veut rien savoir, qualité médiocre, ne vous faites pas avoir.

Acquisto da sito albaetramonto per conto di eastpark. Zero stelle . Sito truffa . Ordine annullato il giorno successivo , soldi mai resi e zaino mai arrivato .inoltrate più mail dal 31/7/23 ma senza riscontro . Non fidatevi

Vor Jahren Eastpak Rucksack mit 30 Jahren Garantie gekauft.
Sollte, da defekt, zur Reparatur eingeschickt werden.
Wurde trotzdem nicht repariert, da angeblich keine Garantie bestehen würde.
Schlechter Service, unfreundliche Mitarbeiter und unlautere Geschäftsmethoden.
Nicht empfehlenswert.
Ein Stern ist hier schon zu viel.
Nie wieder Eatpak.

Don't buy their products. I bought a bag with a 'life time guarantee', it broke within a week and they would not replace or refund, as the part that broke 'wasn't covered in the guarantee'. Absolute scammers.
