Three Countries tour Sep 14 2026. Excellent driver - Peter. Good well located hotel though more varied choice needed for main course. Also room not attended for last two days. Good itinerary but Maastrich needed a guide and the river cruise was pointless unless you like viewing cement works! Possible Valkenburg caves tour on last afternoon would have been nice. Organisation overcame issues relating to Peter's hours. The coach was well up to the task. However 1.50 start meant a very tiring start to the holiday, almost 15 hours on the move- would not have booked if known at time.

I was waiting for a bus with another person today 13 9 2016 13.35pm on Manor Way, opposite Whitchurch High School heading for Cardiff City Centre. The 400 bus showed up around 13.40 -13.45 pm & even though we tried to waive it down it just passed us by....even though the driver could see us( which was obvious). It's not the first time it's happened to me with this company. I've noticed it when I've been on one of their buses several times...I think this company should train their drivers to recognise what a bus stop is???? instead of picking & choosing which one's they want to stop at. I'm not impressed with this company one bit....

Just returned from the titanic belfast trip and thourly enjoyed ourselves with driver john with his humour and knowledge will definately be going again soon somewhere rating 11 out of 10

Driver. Alex. A professional driver! Concise ,clear instructions given throughout the tour. Wonderful driver.
Hotel. Historic hotel . Very comfortable room. Bathroom modern and spacious. Meals first class always hot and well cooked. Extensive choice. Plenty of helpful hotel staff.
Our free day in Ludlow was great with lots to see .
The added excursions to Much Wenlock and Shrewsbury excellent. Bridgenorth lots to see. Stokesay castle a great historical visit.
Overall a great 5 day trip with perfect weather and company.

Returned from Edinburgh tattoo yesterday overall all great trip our driver was fabulous 👌 his name was dai very helpful kept us informed the whole journey there znd back .Edinburgh tattoo was amazing and Edinburgh itself .although little disappointed with hotel out of the way of anything and definitely not 4 ,☆ and just my opinion the trip to Glasgow was not the best my opinion again could do better than Glasgow real let down .
Overall enjoyed our trip and will book again x

Day trip made extra enjoyable thanks to Simon our driver. Friendly, personable and an immaculate driver. Best driving skills I’ve experienced in a longtime. Smooth steering, no harsh jolting, excellent braking with not one instance of 'jolt' on stopping. Handled late comers on our return with restraint and kept us all informed (and amused!) A credit to your company.

Very impressed with the quality and comfort of the coach, also the driver mark went above and beyond to support his passengers very pleasant experience. For the emmerdale and coronation street tour.

Your driver brings kids back from Board Masters should be ashamed of himself… they way he was speaking to the kids, he would not have treated adults like that…. Shameful

After missing my pick up time due to my misreading of the travel time , the agency rep Lynne, even went above and beyond in keeping me calm and gave me the information to board a flight next morning , I cannot thank her enough ,we found a taxi to the hotel from the airport and enjoyed the rest of the holiday . Would have missed so much fun with Cory and James , they also went to so much trouble in phoning me and looking out for us before having to leave us behind as a no show . The drivers were a double act , very entertaining and also went above and beyond and made us feel welcome. Would not hesitate to join them again . Worth every penny . So glad we didn’t miss it , thank you Lynne and Edwards . Mrs spring

Fabulous holiday shame about the driver not helpful.The waiting time inCardiff west was long.9hours to get to the hotel.Missed out on the first evening.Comment from the driver upsetting.Great Yarmouth the Prom hotel.Would go back but new driver.

Returned home tonight from a weekend away! First time doing an Edward’s trip and it was brilliant. Pete our driver was outstanding, he went above and beyond for many on the coach, interacted with everyone , fabulous with the kids. The coach was immaculate, timings were on point and everything in between. The trip was lovely but Pete made it even better. Now looking at our next trip x

I recently returned from a visit to Liverpool with Edwards Coaches. I went to a concert in the Anglian Cathedral. Our driver Hugh was excellent as the traffic hold ups on the way and our return, he remained calm and steady. We stayed at the Liverpool Pullman Hotel and it was very good. The trip was excellent.

Apparently this was a new destination for Edwards, called "Heart of Ireland", overall it was a good experience. The coaches used were clean, punctual and as comfortable as a coach can be. Tracey's hotel in Waterford is the usual stop off to begin with. Having stayed there many times now it saddens me to say their standard has dropped. The quality of the food has dropped quite a lot, with the food service being as shambolic as ever.
The Bloomfield Hotel in Mullingar is at the opposite end of the scale, great food, good service all in a delightful setting.
The trips were of a good standard with the Shannon cruise being the star.
Our driver's commentary was lacking, not too much of it & what there was was often factually incorrect, especially the references to the Kennedy family and Waterford crystal.
The guide used for the 2hour Dublin your was a pleasant enough woman but below average as a guide, she spoke at length about the housing while totally omitting one of the largest and most important events to take place only a few hundred yards away , IE, the Easter Rising in O'Connell St.
Constructive criticisms aside it was a good trip which we would happily recommend.

We had a return trip to Ascot Racecourse. The coach was in excellent condition and the driver, Simon, was great. He spoke to us, when able to, throughout the journeys, he was accommodating and was patient , when we were waiting for the last person to arrive back at the coach. I'd highly recommend their services and would definitely use them in the future.

Went on the splendours of suffolk excursion, the Mill Hotel in Sudbury was excellent lovely venue, but disappointed with the excursions, would have been nice if one ofthe days had been to see some of the Suffolk coast

Just returned from the Italian and French riviera 11 day trip. (26th May --- 5th June 2026 )
We can't thank Edwards travel enough for what was a fantastic fabulous holiday.
Our two drivers Richard & Johnathan are and were amazing, they really went out of way to oblige and we can't thank them enough for making our holiday so memorable.
Can't wait to book another trip with Edwards travel.

We went on the Emmerdale/ Corrie coach tour. From arriving at the Depot to coming back the staff were exceptionally polite and friendly. John the driver was great fun..respectful and so helpful. He joined in all the banter and made sure he looked after us all
The hotel was clean and the staff were lovely. My only gripe was the evening meals left a lot to be desired

Absolutely brilliant tour, to Emmerdale and Corrie, the driver John was an absolute Fab man, he kept us informed of timings, and was kind and respectful to all, loved the Emmerdale and Corrie tour, tho Emmerdale was my favourite. Lovely clean bus, and spacious. Will definitely go on an Edwards trip again. Hotel was nice and clean, dinner a bit hot and miss but was a nice selection of choice. My first bus trip, I would definitely do more. Thank you to all at Edwards but especially John.

Brilliant!
My excursion to Northumbria surpassed my expectations - the coach driver , Phil, was superb, the trip was brilliantly organised, and the Maldron Hotel in Newcastle was excellent. Our blue badge guide, Tom, was exceptional too!
I will be rebooking another trip with Edwards - great value and a fantastic way of seeing our country in a relaxing way. 100% !

I have just phoned about a client of mine who has learning difficulties! His mother has sadly died! Edward’s will only give him 60% of his £602 cost , and they will not transfer his holiday for another date 😤
