Just returned from an excellent trip to Potters Resort: Five Lakes with driver Steve W. The resort was absolutely fantastic & everyone on the return journey was planning on booking again! There were plenty of activities which meant the two excursions to Colchester & Lavenham could easily be done on the same day to allow people to take advantage of this (could even possibly add an optional half day excursion to the Tiptree Jam Museum). Steve was polite & professional & ensured the happiness of all his customers for the full 5 days.

It would seem that Edward coaches continue to employ rude drivers. Earlier this afternoon as I was driving up a particularly narrow hill, a female driver of an Edwards public service bus was coming down the hill, She ignored the unwritten rule of allowing the driver coming up, the courtesy of the right of way. Instead of stopping at the top of the hill she continued down, forcing me to reverse back, having to try and avoid hitting parked cars, to allow her to pass. Even when it was pointed out to her that there was room enough for her to pass with ease, without me having to reverse back down the hill and avoid the possibility of hitting parked cars, she continued to force me back diwn. Her attitude was one of ...... my bus is bigger than your car and I can do what I like. So rude!!!

Great driver Richard, kept us updated and entertained throughout. Lovely hotel at Arklow Bay and Ramada in Belfast. Titanic exhibition was a bit crowded but the tour guides for Belfast and Dublin were fantastic. The only downside was a horrible hotel in Waterford on the way back. Dirty, no heating or hot water, no vegetarian food and the rest was nasty too by all accounts. The windows in the very small room were inadequate, the channels on the tv didn't work neither did the safe. The electrics looked none too safe, sockets hanging off the wall. A disappointing end to an otherwise excellent trip.

Just back from Bletchley Park tour. Very interesting visit.
Philip our driver went above and beyond, very friendly and personable. 10/10 for Phil.

Trip to Paris hotel was disappointing to say the least food dreadful stains on carpet also waited hour and half outside Palace of versciie made a muddle with how many people on guide tour so missed time in gardens didn't see what we wanted ran out of time .

Went to Ilfracombe for 5 days. Lovely hotel and food
was very nice. Unfortunately Ilfracombe is somewhere we would not go again. Nothing there! Thank goodness for 2 day trips. Our driver Paul was brilliant. Kind, and very helpful. Lovely buses. Took far to long to get home to Swansea. Left Ilfracombe at 10am didn't get home until 8pm. Dropping off so many people on the way home. 10 hours, 1 quick toilet stop. And one very short stop because it was so busy at motorway services couldn't get a drink or anything to eat. Would recommend Edward's coaches, Not Ilfracombe.

I went on the Orkney trip. It was fabulous but could have done with another day in the Orkneys.
The coach was very comfy and the driver Chris was great. I felt safe and he was supportive and clear in his instructions.

Just coming back from a 4 nighter to the Carlton Hotel in Ilfracombe / Hotel and owner top class - nothing too much trouble. Our driver Paul was so personable and helpful - we loved the trip and will be back for another one. Well done Edwards from start to finish. Thankyou .

A company who has failed to respond,regarding poor hotel, and the poor evening meal,on 2 nights at our overnight stay on costa brava trip on 21 june

We thoroughly enjoyed the two night Cotswolds break staying at the Hilton Doubletree Swindon. I cannot fault the hotel all staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast and the included 3 course dinner was excellent. A special mention to Matthew the driver who was both friendly and professional, I noticed he was very accurate with the itinerary details and times so everybody knew exactly what was happening with the schedule. I've been on a few of these short trips and this one was particularly well run and relaxing, we were also very lucky with the weather which really helped. My friend and I are both unpaid carers for our adult sons and this break being so well run was greatly appreciated.

Did our first trip with Edwards coaches to the Lakes and Dales.We were certainly not disappointed, we had a wonderful time made even better by our driver John who was so helpful and informative. We will definitely be booking many more holidays with Edwards.

Everything from start to finish was absolutely spot on I can't fault this company at all I had the most amazing holiday with them to the Isle of Wight and I saw everything I wanted to see and more the coach driver was also excellent I will now be booking several more holidays with them the only complaint I have is that the bedroom was far too hot and we couldn't cool down but everything else was top notch thanks Edwards coaches

Great weekend break at the excellently located Liverpool Mercure Atlantic Tower Hotel. Delicious breakfast served in dining room with lovely views overlooking Liver Building and River Mersey. A special mention to our driver Philip who was probably the best we have travelled with. He kept us informed and entertained throughout. A true professional and all round good bloke.

On 13th May I booked a day trip to the Harry Potter studio tour for myself and my. Aunty. At a cost of £228. I am 70 yrs and my Aunty is 82 yrs. at the end of the phone call I was told the coach would be picking us up at 6.30 am at Sarn services. I told my aunt and we both agreed that the time was too early for us. On 23rd May I sent an email to the booking line and told them I wanted to cancel. I then received an email and invoice stating the cancellation fee was 100% of the cost, even though the tour isn't until 13th September. (115 days for them to resell the tickets).I phoned the same person who took my booking but that's all I got was "it's our policy" I asked why I didn't have a phone call to explain this before it was cancelled but I didn't get a reply. I think waiting for customer services to get in touch with me. Be aware 10 days cost me £228.00.

Excellent hotel central location, food very good.
Driver very helpful at all times
Coach very comfortable.
For future reference it would be good if you included a magical mystery tour in the itinerary

Absolutely amazing we went to disney land paris and our driver who picked us up in Newport was absolutely amazing! He was fun and patient and overall the best driver and experience we have have ever had! Will be travelling again
