EVERY RTO PARCEL IS A SCAM. I received a completely different item — this is not my product. Inside the parcel there is a dog chain, which is not mine.
This is clearly cheating. We pay you, but you handle parcels like this — no proper response and no resolution.

Worst ekart agents in kmm with full of arrogance as if they are the ones who paid for our purchases.the company has to learn some manners to its agents.
I am extremely disappointed with Ekart. Cheaters.
I am extremely disappointed with the pathetic service from Ekart Logistics. For the past three days I have been receiving the same message:
“Ekart Update: xXXxXxXxXxXxX will be delivered by 11pm today by agent (04045267777 during the delivery as part of our secure delivery process.”
However, not a single delivery agent has called or attempted to contact me even once. I tried calling the number provided nearly 20 times, but nobody answered. What is even more frustrating is that the delivery status was updated with the comment “Customer requested future delivery date,” which is completely false. I never spoke to anyone and never requested any change in delivery.
How can a logistics service be this irresponsible and dishonest? Updating false remarks instead of actually attempting delivery is unacceptable. This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers.
This has been a very stupid and pathetic experience. If this is how Ekart operates, customers should seriously think twice before trusting this service. I will be posting about this experience on social media along with all the proofs.

Worst Logistic Service Ever
This is to formally complain about the absolutely worst, pathetic, irresponsible and unprofessional service I have ever experienced from any logistics company.
Your service is beyond terrible. Couriers are never delivered on time, and instead of doing their job, your delivery boys call daily only to refuse delivery. This is not logistics service, this is pure harassment.
Points to highlight your failure:
Courier is never delivered at the given address
Delivery boy’s behavior is rude, careless and unprofessional
I am being forced to go to the nearest hub myself, which completely defeats the purpose of home delivery
Delivery boys call every day just to say “delivery nahi hoga”
There is NO customer care number, no escalation, no accountability
If customers have to collect parcels themselves, then why do you even exist as a courier company?
Your staff is lazy, irresponsible, and clearly not trained to do even basic delivery work.
This kind of service is unacceptable, shameful, and a complete waste of customer’s time and trust. Ekart has set a new benchmark for how NOT to run a logistics company.
I demand:
Proper delivery at my address
A clear explanation for this nonsense service
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will not hesitate to raise complaints on consumer forums, social media, and with the seller platform, ensuring others are warned about Ekart’s horrible service.
This is not a request — this is a final warning.

Myntra is refusing my refund saying they didn’t receive the product, and Ekart is not providing a clear investigation update or proof of return delivery.

My parcel (Tracking: BGSP1004431163) has been stuck with no movement and both companies have completely ignored every message, email, and escalation.
This level of silence is shocking for companies claiming to provide “professional logistics service.”
BigShip and Ekart — is this how you treat customers?
• No updates.
• No accountability.
• No timeline.
• Not even the basic courtesy of a reply.
A GeM order being delayed for almost 20 days is unacceptable and shows a complete failure of your operations and customer support.
I am asking publicly because your private support channels are absolutely useless.
I want a direct answer:
– Will you deliver the parcel or not?
– Who is responsible for this massive delay?
– Will you compensate for the loss caused?
Your service has wasted time, caused financial loss, and created unnecessary stress — and yet you continue to stay silent.
This is a clear warning to others: be very careful before trusting BigShip or Ekart with important shipments.
Complaint About Poor Customer Service During Return/Delivery Interaction
I am writing to formally report a deeply unsatisfactory interaction I experienced with the return/delivery representative who handled my recent service request. Unfortunately, the individual’s behavior was extremely rude, dismissive, and entirely unhelpful, which left me frustrated and disappointed with the level of customer service provided.
During the interaction, the representative spoke in an unprofessional tone and showed no willingness to assist or provide clear information. Instead of addressing my concerns or attempting to resolve the issue, the individual’s attitude made the situation unnecessarily stressful. As a customer, I expect respectful communication, patience, and basic courtesy—none of which were demonstrated in this encounter.

One of the worst services in India is ekart. Those who are working as a pickup executives are more aggressive and more attitude and more ego and more uncultured behaviour. I have raised pickup request 7 days before. Everyday I will get one message i.e. we will pickup before 11.00 pm. whole week I was waited, last 2 days I got one missed call, later if I call the same number it will be busy. He didn't come to location, just he called to day I bluffed as he was there in the location. He argued and rudely shouted disconnected the call. my track id is FMPR0818134036. Really Amazon guys are very discipline and cool guys. Pathetic situation in ekart. November 29 is the last day for return, else I will file consumer court

I have Ordered 2 same fans and executive calls himself and asks for otp and if i asked him its cancellation OTP he said it will cancelled for today and will delivery you tomorrow it wont sent back and delivers only 1 fan. I am writing to express my disappointment with the delivery service I experienced yesterday. The delivery partner, Rakesh from JP Nagar, called me four times continuously while I was on an emergency call. I returned his call within 5–10 minutes, but he had already marked the item as "Return to Seller" without making any further attempt to deliver.
When I asked him why he returned the item without confirmation, he initially claimed that I had provided the wrong address. I then requested him to read the full address mentioned in my account, which was correct. His response was dismissive, saying, “You were on another call, so I returned it.” This is unacceptable.
A delivery partner should not return items without customer confirmation, especially when the customer responds promptly. Furthermore, his tone was disrespectful, and he even said, “You can complain or leave a review, I don’t care.” This shows a lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service.
This is not the first time I’ve had a poor experience with E-Kart deliveries, and I strongly urge you to provide better training to your delivery partners. Respectful communication and responsible handling of deliveries are essential for maintaining customer trust.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and take appropriate action to improve your service.
