This is the one of the worst company what happened I placed order from messho after that I didn't not received my parcel and what they done the mark as delivered after that I raised complaint on mesho but they did not solved after that I contacted with shadowfax delivery agent where is my order he said send me tracking I'd I will find after that I sended and he was not responding my call after 3 days he picked and I said you didn't tell me where is my parcel and what happened he said I found in hub i will give you that but more then 3 days passed nothing happened yet after that I placed one more parcel on dot and key and the parcel is out of delivery from 15 april today is 18 but the order has not been delivered and I have not received any call when I placed call from my side the number is switched of or invalid

Every time there is an issue with them, not a single time have they delivered or picked up the items on time.
Pathetic service
Pathetic service, tracking shows the consignment at delivery location hub since 10/04/2026, today is 15/04/2026 9.00 pm, not yet delivered, in the morning they updated that delivery will be done today but now the tracking shows could not be delivered due to uncontrollable circumstances, rider no shared on WhatsApp is also not being picked up
I'm chasing them for past 03 days but all the response over chat & customer support is AI generated standard replies, no human interaction, i doubt whether they have any customer support system
Highly disappointed please do not do business with them

Fake delivery status - Package missing
I am writing this to highlight a very poor experience with Shadowfax. On March 28, 2026, my package handled by them was marked as delivered. However, no delivery was made to my address.
I have spent the last two weeks trying to resolve this through their official support tickets, chat, and phone channels, but I have received no helpful response. It is frustrating that a courier service can simply mark an item as delivered without actually handing it over. Shadowfax needs to take accountability for their delivery partners' actions. Avoid Shadowfax if you want your packages to actually reach you. Extremely poor communication and "fake delivery" updates.

Im a very harried customer who is still awaiting shadowfax to collect my return product, purchased on Meesho. On the 1st of March, i initiated a request for return of the product and till the 9th of April, d parcel remains uncollected.
The following happens almost everyday...Sms from shadowfax that the parcel will be collected today and pick up code provided. After 10 mins a call from d rider which rings only once and quickly disconnected. If v answer immediately, even then d call is disconnected. After that multiple calls to d same number, elicit no reply. Within another 10 mins another sms comes stating that due to uncontrollable circumstances, d pick up order could not be collected and they will reattempt . Next day the same sequence starts like clockwork. Everyday, since 38 days, Uncontrollable circumstances???? Bring some novelty to ur excuses man!
Im fed up with them. Their nos. furnished on d website are not answered. I have raised at least 1 ticket everyday but they are unfazed. Sending emails , havent helped. I was sent a ticket no which they had raised, saying that the problem will be looked into but even after 2 weeks, nothing. I receive d same msg of apology everyday. Im appalled. Are they hell bent on ruining their business? Customer satisfaction is utmost for a business. But here nobody is bothered about customers. I want my product picked up anyhow coz it was not a good product. So im pursuing the matter relentlessly. Ill even go to consumer court if need be. They cant fool around with us. Its a mockery.

Horrible service
Horrible service. Never had such a bad experience with any other delivery partners. These people won't even pick up the call. I still haven't received my parcel it's been daysss( I was supposed to get it on 28 march today it's 5th April ) . I even told them that I will come and collect and when we went there they said that the parcel is not there it's with delivery boy. I am so frustrated with them. They don't even deserve one star. Dear Shadowfax Team,
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent delivery.
AWB Number: SF3181672353MEL
I had ordered 4 items from the same seller (prepaid order), but I received only 1 item in the parcel. The remaining items were missing. I reported the issue immediately after opening the package.
Additionally, I want to report serious misbehavior by the delivery executive (Vishnu Yadav). When I contacted him regarding the issue, he spoke very rudely and said things like “jo karna kr ..complain kar de nikal “ This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.
This is a serious issue as I have already paid for the full order. Kindly look into this matter and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
I request you to:
- Deliver the missing items, or
- Initiate a refund for the missing products
- Take strict action regarding the delivery executive’s behavior
Please resolve this at the earliest.

I don’t know why brands like new me uses their service they are only gonna spoil their name because of such a shitty logistics service. They only know how to stall in the name of customer service, waste people’s time and make a fool out of people. I wish i could post screenshots here!

If there was an option to give negative star then I would have done it gladly. I havent seen such a pathetic service. They should just shut down rather than wasting our money.

Worst logistic company. I don’t know why my all the parcels have to be delivered by this company. The delivery agents are very rude and full of attitude. I called them 15-20 times but he didn’t respond, rather he disconnected my call. Once I didn’t even get the refund.
