concerned POC must take action for these courier service issue or it should be ban
bcz of these worst service accounts are getting blocked i didn't received my salary bcz of these people negligence behaviour

Im am very much disappointed with the service this time the parcel has been sent on 6th of April and its already 14th April and I still haven't received my parcel at all😡i do expect this kind of service from the blue dart and also this is not my first time doing parcel through Blue Dart I have done multiple parcel and it had reached me within 2 to 3 days and I was very satisfied with it so this time too I told my parents to do parcel from there only since it gets delivered soon but this time I don't know what has happened it's more then a week and still haven't received the parcel and on top of that the customer care number 18602331234 which they have provided is not even reachable and it say's we don't have outgoing calls so I thought it's a proble from my side and tried calling them again from my friends number but it's still the same and most importantly I received a call too from the blue dart delivery team saying they have received my parcel here in bangalore and said that it is damaged so I told them to deliver it soon even if it is damaged but they haven't delivered it even today and the person who called doesn't even care at all about delivering the parcel and even asked me to come and pick up the parcel by my own what the hell is that we pay do that it can be delivered to our door step mot to pick it up ourselves🙂it has been a horrible horrible experience for me this time,and im not gonna do any parcel from the blue dart ever again and I would encourage others not to do so, since they don't care at all and I would be needing a full refund for my parcel and also hope you would delivery the parcel ASAP.....And also I need a call back from your customer care for this.

Most Third class delivery system. They show fake delivery status updates without actually delivering the product, even when the address is clearly mentioned. If they are unable to locate the address, they don’t even bother to call. Despite making more than 10 attempts to get my product, I still haven’t received it.
Non delivery of medicine ordered online
I had ordered Medicines through Netmeds.com on 27.3.26. They were supposed to deliver the item by 30.3.26. Yesterday, 31.3.26, the Blue Dart Delivery person, without checking whether the house is locked or not, has mentioned that my premises was closed after he failed trying to reach me over the mobile. When I called back, I could not reach the number. Then I updated in their whatsapp message. Today, I spoke to their Customer Care Executive, who was not at all bothered about my concern and was coolly telling that my medicine would be delivered only tomorrow. The Blue Dart Delivery persons does not have the courtesy to come near our doorsteps. Instead they want us to come to the street and collect the parcel. Never expected this kind of service from an international courier.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding my shipment delay .
I had a shipment scheduled to be delivered to my office address at Ahmednagar. However, I repeatedly received messages stating that delivery was attempted but the premises were closed. This is incorrect. on all days except Sunday, and there was no instance where it was closed during delivery hours.
Despite opting for redelivery multiple times, the same false status updates continued for several days. Additionally, although my contact number was clearly mentioned on the shipment, I did not receive a single call from the delivery personnel during any of the supposed delivery attempts.
I tried contacting customer support through the toll-free number 1800-209-1234 , but it only provided shipment status updates. There was no visible option to connect with a customer care executive. After trying multiple numbers without success,
Even at the office, I was informed that delivery had been “attempted multiple times,” but no proper tracking details of the delivery personnel were available. I was also informed—only after visiting the office—that to speak with a customer care executive, I had to press “9” after the voice prompts, an option not disclosed in the system. This lack of transparency is highly unprofessional and misleading.
Key concerns:
· False delivery attempt updates
· No phone call from delivery personnel despite contact details being available to me
· Ineffective and non-transparent customer support system
· Lack of accountability and tracking at the branch level
This experience caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. Such practices are unacceptable from a reputed courier company like Blue Dart.
Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and would strongly urge improvements in delivery accountability and customer support accessibility.
