The delivery service is extremely poor. He wasted so much of my time. I was in a meeting today, and I had to step out and guide him for 20 minutes, yet he still couldnât reach the location. On top of that, he lied to me saying he had already arrived when he hadnât. His attitude while speaking was very rude and unprofessional. He even said that he never rings the doorbell, never asks customers, and does not go to their homes. Because of this, I even had an argument at home, as he falsely claimed he had come when he actually didnât. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.

Package reached my doorstep but still not delivered
I had one of the most frustrating delivery experiences with Delhivery.
My shipment was stuck at the Kottayam hub from 12 April with no meaningful tracking updates. After multiple follow-ups with customer support (who kept giving generic responses), the delivery agent finally came to my house with the package.
However, even at my doorstep, he was unable to deliver it because his app showed âpending â do not deliverâ.
So the package literally reached my address, but Delhiveryâs internal system blocked the delivery.
This is not a normal delay. This is a serious operational failure where the system prevents delivery even when the shipment is ready.
Customer support was unhelpful throughout and kept repeating the same scripted responses without actually resolving the issue.
If this is how deliveries are handled, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before choosing Delhivery. Even when your package arrives, there is no guarantee it will be delivered.

Total trash of a logistic company and I would say the Kolkata is the worst. Basically, as per my personal experience the Kolkata Bengali delivery agents are so bad in their behavior its like talking to hooligans. I have actually never faced such rude behavior in Mumbai or Bangalore. Wonder why companies even opt for Delhivery to deliver their products to their cutomers!

The delivery of my parcel was very badly delayed. I got a message that the parcel was out for delivery at 10.30 in the morning. I waited in vain until 6 pm. I had to postpone several important engagements of mine. I rang up the delivery person whose number was given thrice, but everytime it was engaged. When I was about to leave my house at 6 pm, he arrived and I confronted him and asked him why he didn't lift the phone. I had to tell him that my engagements got very badly delayed because of him. We faced a serious issue of wrong product delivery and missing medicines. Despite providing all necessary details, the response has been unsatisfactory and responsibility is being avoided.
Instead of resolving the issue, excuses are being given regarding policy limitations (liquid items), which is unacceptable when items are clearly missing.
Highly disappointed with the service and support. Not recommended for handling sensitive shipments like medicines.
We are now proceeding with a formal complaint on the government portal.
