Great staff so helpful. I left my drivers license in the office and a member of staff brought it to my front door, now there's service, well done EKCU.

I have been saving with the credit union since they had a small office in the village. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. Either taking savings out or loans for house hold items or holidays are always dealt with in a very professional manner. East Kilbride credit union provide a great service to the local community.

I find the staff always very polite and helpful and they helped me with my query very efficiently.

Although the office has limited opening hours, their online app is excellent and allows members to do the vast majority of things they need to maintain their account. When the office is open, I've always found the front desk staff to be really helpful and pleasant.

I had heard about the Credit Union, but never really bothered. I decided to join just recently and it has been so easy. Would highly recommend it

Probably the friendliest workers in a bank I have ever experienced. Always take time to go through all your details. Never rush and always accurate. And on line information there is nothing missed great organisation I have been fortunate to be involved with since early 80’s

The whole experience of opening an account with yourselves was made so much easier for me by Sophie. She kept me informed about everything and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She was a credit to the company and if staff awards are available then she should be considered for one

Made an appointment as I was unable to log in, staff were very helpful and changed my details, I was then able to access my account, however, for the last week I am unable to access my account again, I called to inform them and was told they were experiencing technical difficulties and were working on it, unfortunately I am still unable to access my account

I’ve always got help meany loans and help when calling too. 👍

Someone transferred money into my account,before I had a chance to use it,credit union refunded it back to who had sent it..
What's that all about..
Cause a hassle.

The staff work so hard and are always willing to help with any queries. Even when the office is closed for public walk ins they are still available on the phone. This credit union deserves more recognition than what it gets

Very helpful staff. Great service. Lower interest rate for loans than banks. Five stars from me.
