I phoned EHC technical department for assistance to downrate my boiler. John couldn’t be more helpful, he talked me through the process & I had the job done in minutes. These EHC boilers are the future of heating if we can get the government to reduce the cost of electricity.

I had an issue with my boiler and spoke to John in the technical department. John dealt with my issue in a professional and extremely helpful manner. He could not be more helpful and was able to resolve my issue. His knowledge and customer service was outstanding.

Quick delivery, helpful responses to technical questions and replaced radiator brackets which we had lost free of charge!

Can't fault the customer service but totally overpriced spares. Once we've had the pcb tested and fixed will make it public on you tube
