Ellanoir Luxury レビュー 

This company is a scam. Registered at a bogus address. The sole director and shareholder is a shown as a foreign national. I placed an order with these fraudsters in May 22. There is delivery and no refund. Now I am reporting the matter to the Police and in the process of lodging a county court claim.

Do NOT use - not worth the risk.

I spoke with the company ahead of placing my order about how bad their reviews were - and they assured me they were working hard to improve them.

My order was immediately delayed and I spoke to them again to explain that I needed the delivery before a certain date - which they again assured me would happen.

Closer to the date I contacted them again when they explained it was delayed by another few weeks.

I immediately asked for a refund - and have tried contacting them several times since. Phone calls are not answered and emails are ignored. So it would appear that this site is indeed a SCAM and should be avoided at all costs.

I am yet to hear back from them so I have reported to Klarna and will be reporting to the Office of Fair Trading shortly.

I wish I’d read these reviews before buying! Appalling customer service. I received a faulty item and have been waiting now a couple of weeks to understand what is going to happen. I’m sure they are fine if the item arrives in good quality but you simply take a risk buying with them and be prepared to be very frustrated if it’s not!

Having viewed the website, I chose the Turin Oak table & the option size to suit my home. The excellent pictures & great description supported my choice. The delivery team made contact on the day to agree a time slot & were very proffessional giving care, reassurance & attention of my delivery checking any damage if any.
An absolute pleasureable experience having received my beautiful well made Oak table. The crafmanship & style will last for generations to come as Its beautifully made, strong & durable. This table is definitely a show stopper & well worth the money. AAA*******

I’m really happy I didn’t take into account the bad reviews into account when placing my order from this company .that have been exceptional with their customer service and my item was delivered on time and immaculate .I’ve now placed my next order and cannot wait to receive my next new price of furniture …keep up the good work !

Very poor communication!
Made an order approx one week ago and have had no communications regarding delivery dates.
We have tried chat platforms (24/7 I don’t think so)
Phoned to be told it would be chased up asap, 4 days later still waiting.

This company stole my money. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM- SCAMMERS!
I ordered a bench back in November 2021 when it was showing as being available however I was then informed that this was no longer the case and would be delivered in January....... Then March and then May......at this point I cancelled the order to which they were happy to do. Of course they were because I'm still waiting for a refund after countless emails, calls which all have gone unanswered! Upon initially posting on trust pilot they reached out and said that if I removed my feedback I would get my refund!.....Guess what still no refund after waiting over a month. Please be warned do not use this company.

Very helpful with quick response to my questions and happy to take order then delay delivery for 3 weeks till we are ready to receive it.

I have had nothing but hassle dealing with this company. They originally quoted a delivery date of between 11th and 16th November. By 17th nothing had arrived so tried to contact them several times by both phone and email. No one answered the phone or sent a meaningful email, only standard automated replies acknowledging receipt of my email,
Tried phoning again on 18th and eventually spoke to someone called Emma who promised an answer within next two days. No answer. I contacted Klarna who handled the payment to complain, also Citizens Advice who told me to write a formal letter of complaint quoting the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which I did. On the 24th November I received an email from Furniture to Go who were fulfilling the Ellanoir order stating that my furniture should be delivered by 30th November. I phoned FTG and asked if the quoted delivery date was correct which the lady said it was and it would be collected by their carrier XPD on Tues 29th. I had an email yesterday 30th from XPD stating that they had collected my order and that it would be delivered today between 4.30 and 6.30 pm.
After all this hassle, emails and phone calls, I will not be buying from Ellanoir ever again and would advise anyone to consider carefully before dealing with them. Their customer service is appalling, quoting fictitious delivery dates and not answering the the phone or sending meaningful replies.
I would seem not to be the only person who has had problems with this company, there are several bad reviews on the internet.
Hopefully my furniture will be here this afternoon as promised, their tracking website does show it is in transit.
NOTE! I have tried to change the original 5 star rating to 1 star but could not find a way to do that.

I am so glad that I was not influenced by some of the reviews I read. I personally had no problems at all & for those who try to contact by phone & can't get through, just use their Live Chat. Immediate response, great delivery & impeccable packaging & above all great prices compared to others.
