TERRIBLE SERVICE -Wish I looked at reviews before I parted with my money. I ordered and paid for an item. They constantly changed the delivery dates. I waited over 2 months. Eventually managed to cancel the order but am still waiting for a refund nearly 2 months later. The phone goes straight to an answer phone and emails are not replied to. If you really want to take the chance, then try phoning them. Good luck trying to speak to a person.

BEWARE! DONT ORDER FROM THIS Company!
Place a furniture order for oak dining table and chairs in April paid for by debit card (not via Stripe)- got notifcation of delivery window which lapsed. Then another delivery window lapsed. When I followed up, got a cancellation notice advising that they'd refund minus 5% admin fee since card processing company hadn't paid them. They requested I place the order with them direct. Refund still not received - over a month ago but have raised dispute via my bank. Please don't order from this company - shocking tactics and will end in a lot of hassle trying to get your money back,

Very good at communicating and issuing refund for mistakenly bough item

We ordered a headboard last August and paid for it. Keep promising dates for delivery never kept if we wish to cancel want 5% cancellation fee. On their website same headboard can be ordered and delivered by 16th March. Terrible service, unfortunatly as im not very good with computer have not had chance to submit the additional evidence of this, so ive had to do this again with help of my family, Still no headboard received!!!!! but have taken my money a year ago

Bought wardrobe from this company, that took ages to be delivered after several chase up. All of sudden received an email from them asking that they had problems with payment processor stripe and now asking for immediate bank transfer or else they will pass it over to debt collection agency. I have made it clear that once the refund is received, bank transfer will be made. I have never seen a company that is so disorganized like this and literally threatening customers.

Ordered some chairs. site stated 3-5 days delivery. Contacted via web chat if they where in stock and the delivery was real. Confirmed about 1000 in stock and was correct. Ordered and next day email on back order and would take 2 months. Called again told problem with warehouse . Assured me that they where from the UK? Doesn't make sense why 8 weeks delay if make in uk and they have 1000 in stock. Website also not updated to reflect the delay.
Still no idea when I will receive them?

Update: a month in and they cancelled the order (due to some dispute with an financial Intermediary that I had never heard of) and charged me 5% for the cancellation that I did not instigate. Despite being in core hours their customer services goes to voicemail. Also their 24 hour webchat didn't respond, even though I was being polite.

I suspect they are going under. I have put a claim in with my credit card to get a full refund.

Nice scam. I order they cancel and keep 5% for doing nothing.

Not received my product yet, have asked for updates or a confirmed delivery date they have not been able to supply a delivery date other than 10day window which is not helpful when there website stated next day delivery, which is misleading, Ordered on Friday 22nd April expected a delay as it was ordered Friday night and was not expecting it to be processed till Monday or Tuesday and hopefully dispatched Wednesday or Thursday as item showed in stock but sadly still not been dispatched on 29th,

Have asked to cancel order as they can't supply delivery date other than 10 day window but just get nicely worded emails back saying there working on it. I fully understand covid issues and other issues and reasons with supply chains but it's not hard to supply a date. Or the item is not in stock and there just stringing me along and will not issue a refund.

Shame as I have a contract to fit out 100 flats starting in July and this was a trial run, guess I'll look for a different company.

Unable to fulfil order dispite taking funds from my PayPal account early in order process. Only refunded money after taking case to PayPal resolution process. Unable to speak to humans, only email contact. Will not use again, sorry will not reach out again to Ellanoir Luxury

Absolutely shocking service, I placed an order back in February and was told it would be delivered in 7days, weeks passed and many emails later still no delivery, then got an email saying my order was ready for delivery and would be delivered on a certain date and also gave me a £40 vouchers as an apology, my items still did not arrive, emailed to say that I would be going through my bank to cancel my order, then received a very rude email back saying my order had been cancelled minus 5% as I was a suspicious buyer, I have all emails to prove this.
