Me envian un paquete a China desde españa, y llega ya 2 semanas retenido en "no sedonde". Acceso a su app, pago las tasas, declaro los bienes y cuando pido cita me la rechazan, ya 3 veces. Enncima no cogen telefono y ni siquiera cuentan con un servicio medianamente decente en ingles (en China). De lo peor que he visto en logistica

I had a highly disappointing experience with EMX delivery service in Dubai. Despite receiving a message that my delivery was ready for pickup, it was only after several days of waiting that I realized I needed to arrange the delivery through their app. After scheduling and paying 30 AED for home delivery, the parcel arrived, but the courier demanded an additional payment. Despite my prior payment via Apple Pay, the courier’s system hadn’t updated, leading to confusion and a lack of resolution from customer support.
This level of disorganization and disregard for customer experience is unacceptable. IMX’s current rating of 1.4 on Trustpilot is reflective of their poor service and lack of efficiency. I hope my review helps others to make informed decisions.

I'm expecting a couple of parcels sent from China via China Post, but they’ve never been delivered to my address in the UK. It’s already been 25 days, but the strange thing is that the status of one of these parcels shows "Delivered"—yet neither I, my neighbors, nor the concierge have received it.
I attempted to contact China Post using the provided phone number (+86 11185), but I was told to dial another number for international inquiries (+86 11183), which is the customer care contact for "ems.com". Unfortunately, this number appears to be non-existent. The platform also offers alternatives, such as reaching customer service via WeChat, but the only option there is to follow them—there’s no way to engage in an actual conversation. The only other available option is interacting with a ChatBot, which proved to be just as unhelpful
I’m deeply concerned that China Post might be involved in some kind of scam or that scammers are working within the company, possibly in collusion with dishonest suppliers. It seems like they’re shipping empty boxes from China and then making those parcels "disappear" once they reach the destination country. This could explain the frustration of many others who’ve faced similar issues over time. They also make it extremely difficult to reach them, and it’s almost impossible to leave any reviews—positive or negative for ChinaPost.com
I’m confident that the suppliers I ordered from in Shenzhen might never have put those items inside the boxes at all. They are surely working in cahoots with people at China Post (if not China Post itself), manipulating the system to scan empty parcels at various stages of their journey, only to dispose of them once they reach the destination country. This is the only plausible explanation that makes sense to me.
I’ve been purchasing items from China for years, usually from other cities, and the honest suppliers have always used reliable carriers like FedEx or DHL. This time, I specifically requested the parcel to be shipped via FedEx for reliability and speed. Although I was assured it would be, it never happened. I didn’t initially complain, thinking it might just take longer, but it’s now clear there are other reasons for the delay.
Exercise caution when purchasing from suppliers you've never dealt before. Start by buying just one item, even if they assure you that it will be shipped using a reliable carrier. If you sense that they intend to use China Post as the shipping method, it’s wise to walk away—unless you’re willing to take the real risk of being scammed

Faccio acquisti frequenti all'estero e mai avuto problemi con EMS, i problemi iniziano in Italia con poste italiane e i corrieri disonesti che usano per le consegne per fortuna c'è anche della gente corretta.Ps l'ultima consegna pacco visibilmente danneggiato con un angolo aperto e l'interno alleggerito, opera di SDA.

Si puo offrire un simile servizio, la cui decenza è stata abbandonata da tempo.
Questa gente meriterebbe (merita), di fallire... seduta stante.
