Really professional team.
There was always someone to answer all our questions. They liaised with solicitors and buyers. Solved all problems.

We sold our house through Equity and can’t recommend them enough.
From listing our property during the week, arranging an open day on the Saturday and us accepting an offer on the Monday!

Helen especially has been absolutely fantastic, she works so so hard, it has been such a pleasure dealing with her. She is an asset to the company and anyone who deals with her. I sold my house with Equity who were great from the start. Darren, Helen and Josh were all so very helpful and kept me up to speed with everything that was going on. A fabulous service that I would highly recommend.

Clear and regular updates. Paris especially was really helpful with finding out information that the solicitor had asked for. Darren and the team provided updates when requested. Overall, Equity provided an efficient service. (The only negative experience we had was with the solicitor recommended by Equity, who we found to offer quite a poor service in terms of communication.)

The customer experience has been outstanding and consistent sitting on the fence as both a buyer and seller. I have to say the team are an honest bunch. Kyrie and Darren definitely went the extra mile with selling my property, which was probably one of the most challenging properties to sell with all the negatives I.e courtyard garden and downstairs bathroom. Nevertheless, due to their experience and polished customer service skills, they did it. My first buyer pulled out and they found another buyer within weeks. They went above and beyond with their dedication, by working pass the hour.
I also faced challenges with finding a property to buy, due to the shortage of properties and other external factors. They found me another property within a short space of time. Kyrie and Darren are a credit to Equity and definitely set the bar high. Definitely pivoting to the new, from the traditional practices of this sector. Helen was also great in ensuring I was kept up to date and with the chases.

Recently came to Equity to sell my property. I dealt with Darren and Helen. Both were extremely professional and helpful. I felt that I could trust them and they kept me continuously updated throughout the sale.

Equity were super helpful with my property purchase, in particular Helen, Matt and Darren from the Enfield Town branch.

They were great with any queries and moving the purchase process along at speed. I’d highly recommend their services and Equity more generally!

I have been personally buying from Equity, the EN3 branch for around 15 years or so.

Darren and Mark have looked after me and I have never had a purchase fall through. So they do all they can to get the sale through which is obviously good for all parties.

I recently completed on a property in January 2023 which I was happy about. I will continue to use their services going forward.

Appauling service for tenant but great service for landlords

They set you up to ensure you are able to pay all your rent and bills, you do that on time by standing order. You experience issues and even get a section 21 and ask for help with an inspection and you get told it’s not possible! I’d never let with equity again. The manager at Enfield branch was beyond rude, called me darling to belittle me which I asked him to kindly not do. He made a snide response about being polite by calling me darling rather than apologise. My dad listened to the conversation and held back getting involved as he saw I managed it more professionally then he did.
