First of all , Mr Mario at Enfield branch was dealing with the negotiating and the sale very professionally and honestly.
Also branch manager Mr Darren was very helpful for speedy start to Legal work.

Equity are in the process of selling my house and from the very outset have been extremely professional and efficient. They managed to find a buyer for my property very quickly and clearly had a lot of contacts and prospective buyers in their network. The photos taken and the marketing really looked great. I have dealt with a number of people at Equity including Matthew, Kyrie, Darren and Helen and all of them have been excellent so far. I would highly recommend using Equity.

Matthew was extremely helpful from the first moment I met him. Super professional, reliable and always on time. He was very patient, helpful and honest. I saw many properties with him and he always delivered a great service. I highly recommend you work with him!

The Equity Sales team sold 2 flats for me in 2022. Darren, Helen and the team were absolutely amazing. They constantly kept me updated about the sale and explained things to me that i wasnt sure about, when hurdles came up, which they did with 1 of the flats, Darren was straight on the job to find a solution, speaking to all parties involved to make sure the sale completed. Thank you all for the dedication and hard work, we would definitely use Equity again.

My mum wanted to sell a property so at first she went to an estate agent that didn't seem to care about her needs and wants as a customer and it just seemed liked this agent just couldn't be bothered.

Luckily my mum had not signed that estate agents fee/ commission contract yet, so my mum left this estate agent and came to Equity instead.

From the start to finish of the sale of my mum's property, Darren and Helen were just so supportive, they were always so kind and spoke to us like they genuinely cared, like it wasn't just about the sale for them so they could get their commission, i could tell the way they treated myself and mum they cared. Like for example Darren would sometimes be busy and would send me a message that he would call me back but literally stop what he was doing and a few minutes later call me back. The point i am trying to make is Darren went above and beyond for my mum.

So Darren, Helen and the whole team at Equity thanks again you guys are brilliant and my mum was lucky to have you as estate agents.

The team, particularly Darren went above and beyond when organising a particularly difficult sale. They helped with organising and made the process as smooth as possible.

One word…… Oustanding. Cannot recommend Equity highly enough, in particular Darren and Helen. It was not an easy sale as there were issues with managing agents etc but Darren and Helen went above and beyond to ensure that the sale went through. These people really care. Any concerns/questions that I had were dealt with efficiently and promptly and nothing was too much trouble for them. I have sold many properties over the years and have never had this level of service. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Darren and team. You were amazing.

Kyrie understood exactly what we were looking for in a house and he only proposed suitable options for us. This is something that saved us a lot of time and effort as we both work long hours. We had a great relationship built on trust and good communication. The communication was via text he was very responsive and available for any queries we had.

I looked around a flat being sold by Kyrie. He was thoroughly professional throughout and facilitated my second viewing. I didn't buy the flat in the end, but my dealings with Kyrie and Equity made me feel secure that they were serious people, unlike some of the cowboys I've had the bad luck to come across!

Due to the fact that my expectation was completed earlier in the home purchase process. I am eternally grateful to dear Matthew for his dedication and experience during the home purchase period.
