We are truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment you experienced. We completely understand how upsetting it is to pay for expedited shipping and then not receive your order when expected, especially when you needed the part right away.

After reviewing your order, we have filed a Lost in Shipping claim with the carrier. A full refund should be issued within the next few days. While we know this does not make up for the inconvenience or the time you lost, we hope it helps resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
