1. Had an interview for here and I mean in the loosest terms interview as the manager Monica was literally talking at me for 20 minutes! Being a mum I was only looking for part time work to work around my partner she then asked me if was one of “those” mums that always call in to not work. She then proceeded to tell me several times how she wasn’t a “b!tchy” manager though. My partner was in the cafe the entire time and heard the entire conversation. I told her that I’d actually worked as a supervisor for a Starbucks drive thru before and she then tried to belittle me by saying she needed people who knew what they were doing as she expects this to be a very busy drive thru and looking at 30-32k turn over. If she had let me speak I would have told her the store I came from was earning twice that amount and I knew very much what I was doing.

2. On using the drive thru it took 11 minutes just to order, when I eventually did get to order the guy had to get someone else just for me to order a venti pumpkin spice latte and then took neat the same time to receive my order at my previous sbux the drive thru as a team we made sure the drive thru timer was never over 2 minutes from ordering to leaving during all of our peak times but I’m just one of “those” mums but with 3 years worth of experience of actually running a drive thru.

The Starbucks franchise operations are pocketing most of the VAT reductions by only passing on 20p to the consumer. Outrageous

Rylands garage lancaster.. bloke works Thursday & Friday nights.. worst attitude ever..just walks about shop with doors locked when ppl are waiting to get in then refuses to serve them because they knocked on the door to get in..hes got problems. I've sent an email to euro garages but doubt anything will be done

Can’t sell gas because the manager isn’t present. Female on till was blatantly rude. No manager in today so no sales of gas, reported to Calor Gas.

Rip off food prices in the spar, no wonder they make so much money

Will sell lottery scratch cards tho refuse to pay out as don’t want to handle the scratch card rude staff need to learn that when people are using there shop they are paying towards there wages on the phone the whole time I was being served was a hardship to have to put the phone down

Awful new services at Sharples Bolton. I calls ever morning for a coffee, and they seem incapable of getting it right. There is no phone number for the Starbucks, the Spar number rings dead and the head office puts you to zero then cuts you off.

Euro Garages treated me very badly when I started a temporary job in one of their Subway outlets. I was hired on minimum wage on the basis of a 3 month temporary position on account of starting at university in the September. This was my first ever job, training period was great at a busy branch. I was then placed at a new branch working with 1 or 2 other staff for the first few weeks, following this period I found myself being left alone to run the outlet due to skeleton staffing. My tasks involved all the aspects of running a subway including serving, cleaning and closing the branch each day (tasks the assistant manager was responsible for). Regardless of the workload I worked on doing a good job. I was then asked to do occasional night-shifts at another branch far from my home where again I would be working the branch alone due to staff shortages which I also did. As this was my first experience of working as a young adult I was keen to make a good impression and did not complain about the lack of assistance during shifts or the long hours expected only to be told in my 10th week I had failed then probation period as I was not good enough at the job. This was despite virtually running the branch alone for 8 weeks without any complaints. The truth was my replacement had been trained and wanted to start immediately and not at the end of my 3 month period (2 weeks later). If this was not unfair enough my work record basically says I was sacked from my first ever job. Despite my parents contact with the head office they insisted my dismissal was because I failed the probation period even though no concern was expressed at any time prior. To summarise the experience I realise I was exploited and treated callously by EG after working diligently for 10 weeks I was sacked for the newly trained employee and EuroGarages convenience.

Hgv drivers beware using the devices at podimore roundabout,I stopped in the service area and walked across to get a coffee from the greggs on site,later received a fine through the post,for not using the esso garage,my m8 who was also parked said he seen the garage worker come over and thought he looked suspicious.it turns out he took the photo, will never go back in there again absolute con

Eurogarages matrix on buckshaw village. Immaculate forecourt and shop. Great range of shops goods. Jet washes have loads of foam when you use them. Great friendly staff

I had the unfortunate pleasure of visiting greggs at Colsterworth and in doing so met the most dreadful member of staff possible Neil supposed supervisor was nothing but rude and confrontational to members of his team and customers alike. He was bragging about getting high. And arguing with a customer over the order they had placed.
Will definitely not be using again unless this guy has gone for good

I had the unfortunate experience of filling my works van with the wrong fuel ,
I was at the euro garage centurion on Watling street at the time .
When I explained to Sian what I’d done the whole team at the garage couldn’t have made the situation any better for me .
Tom the manager told me to call who I needed to and not to worry as they could sort someone to come out to me , Sian kept checking in on me while I was waiting, and Charlie offered me a lift home if I needed it .
What should of been an awful night, was made a whole lot better by their customer service and professionalism, I was on site for over three hours waiting for the AA to arrive , and never once was I made to feel uncomfortable or in the way .
I would like to thank all the team for their help that night, and they still welcome me with a smile when I go back in to fill up .

Podimore Services, Euro garage.

I was disgusted to receive a parking fine for using this service area, despite being parked correctly in the Hgv area. This was apparently incurred because I had not used the garage, gut had used the greggs within the services, but not within the forecourt building.
All truckers beware, or even avoid using podimore, or be prepared for a fine through the post.
I for one will not be using this service area again.

The Spar and petrol station in Cherry Tree Blackburn used to be excellent and stocked a wide variety of things. Since being taken over by Euro garages, the stock is nowhere near as good. The friendly staff seem to have been gradually replaced. The Subway has a very poor selection. On the two occasions I have been, they had ran out of several fillings so my little boy couldn’t have the sandwich he wanted. It no longer sells alcohol and has been replaced with a vape diner. I thought I’d give the new garage a chance but as a local resident of Cherry Tree it is nowhere near as good a shop as it once was.

Simply amazing service by Jo the manager. We arrived, slightly hanging from the night before. She couldn’t do enough for us. She ensured that the sausage rolls were thoroughly warmed through and that my pizza was heated in the microwave. I also witnessed her dealing with an exceptionally difficult customer at the coffee machine. She was the epitome of patience.
A fantastic service station. We will definitely be back.

The deli counter has a long black hair on the counter and a dead mosquito fluid this what we really need when being served food and drinks

Large illuminated Esso sign at Euro Garages Heath near Chesterfield displayed 128.8p per litre. As I started to fill up I noticed the pump display showed 130.9p per litre. Stopped immediately (£7). Complained to a very friendly lady assistant who was clearly frustrated that despite informing the head office about the difference nothing had been done. Clearly Euro show total disrespect for their staff and customers.
Lost a regular customer!

Near Stone Henge A303. Disgusting avoid. Never been to such a scruffy smelly services, only stopped here due to lack of services on this road. No cleaning staff. Individual outlets looked okay although service painfully slow however shared areas truly abysmal. Asked concession staff member what was going on and told person left a week ago and not replaced. Concession staff emptying bins refilling loo rolls but nothing else done. Would have given it -10 if I could have.

} very scuffy fourcourt staff ignorant dont care attitude well what do you expect when they only pay £8.21 an hour pityfull.

Just visited the Euro garages in Ross-on-Wye and was served by a trainee!! Who didn’t utter a single word to me. Can you please train your staff to acknowledge your customers and say thank you after a purchase.
